Really enjoyed staying here. Perfect location for views and restaurants/shopping. The grounds are kept beautifully and the room had a nice nicer balcony and plenty of space for the two of us.

This condo needs a good cleaning and has several repair issues . Sliding door didn’t open, screen was leaning against the building . Microwave inoperable and second microwave wouldn’t open without unplugging it . Kitchen counter missing tile. Bathroom has many issues. Would not stay again at this condo. Our first time at Bay View was excellent so we had high hopes. Obviously cannot rely on Vrbo reviews

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for a home away from home. The ocean view is peaceful, though as others have mentioned, you do see the highway from here and do hear the traffic noise. Didn’t bother us too much. On the other hand, the balcony screen door and door do not slide well and need some muscles to pull them shut. It was annoying to use and we did use the lanai often. Management said this will get fix once we leave so hopefully it won’t be a problem for the next guests.Communication via calling and messaging via VRBO was not as quick. Fortunately I was able to text the host and received quicker reply. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful little place! Good view and walkable shops, beaches, and restaurants. Clean and host was super accomodating with a late check out. We would stay here again!

Great view out the balcony, one of the best parts was just sitting there every day for long hours. Close to couple if good beaches, also well connected with any side of the island. Every amenity needed for stay like beach chairs, umbrellas, were provided. Loved the stay.

There is a beautiful view of the beach. Good restaurants and amenities are close by. There is some traffic noise, but the complex is generally very quiet. The property manager was accessible and very helpful.

This place is located in a perfect spot to explore all of Kaua’i and the unit is well stocked with essentials

The balcony view was great. The laundry was nice and convenient. Accomodations were comfortable, but a bit dated. The communications with the management were excellent and they were very helpful. It is a nice place to stay to be near both Kapa'a and Lihue.

The view was stunning.. kitchen had everything needed…there was a horrible smell that was coming in from outside for a few days… the pool was awesome for a night swim… very quiet… handicap parking would have been great to have….

The location is great for getting to all things on the island. The room could really use some updating tho. We did appreciate that there are beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler.

Beautiful in Kauai
Great condo in great location. You will love the balcony that overlooks the bay while you enjoy your adult beverage. Close to everything— brewery right across the street!

Great location and very clean
This was a great place for us. Loved the location near the beach and things to do in Poipu. Loved the large patio and the ocean views. The place was very large and comfortable and so clean. Would love to come back again someday!

Honeymoon Stay
Was an amazing trip. The island itself is serenity and this stay is amazing. Comfortable and clean and the grounds are very nice.

Great location
The location is highly convenient to access the east and south areas of the island. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the suite is comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This is a great place to stay for those mindful of their budget. Its location is perfect, 30 minutes to Poipu, 30 minutes to tunnels beach. Kids really enjoyed the pool and collecting seashells on the beach. Some had complained of the sliding glass door, but it sounded like the other units sliding doors were in the same shape as ours. Viewing the sunrise on the beach is breathtaking. I’d stay here again, no question.
