Wonderful! Come back soon!

Thank you for your feedback about As Good As It Gets. We’re glad you found the condo nice and would stay again. We apologize you had to spend time cleaning the patio — that is not the standard we expect. This property is on a regular pest-control program and has been treated; pests can be more common in coastal areas, but we will reinforce patio and exterior checks with housekeeping and update the cleaning checklist to prevent missed debris like sand, bugs, or puzzle pieces. We provide a starter pack of towels and basic paper supplies; we’ll work on improving our pre-arrival communication so guests know what to expect. Thank you — we appreciate your comments.

We regret to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the condo booking due to unexpected flooding. We did experience a major flood prior to your arrival that did affect the access to this specific unit, and in turn we provided adequate alternatives. These circumstances were very unforseen and we appreciate your understanding as our team diligently and swiftly worked to move all of our guests and ensure not only their safety, but the safety of our team. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Kyle, thank you for the feedback! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We can't wait to see you back soon!

Beth, We are so glad you enjoyed the property and the views! That balcony is hard to beat! We do not see a service order where you reported the hot water issue. We would have loved the opportunity to double check this while you were at the property. Our team has since checked and there are no issues with the hot water. We hope you will visit again!
