Welcome to The Galley, your cozy, homey private space with a view!
Easily accessed and ground level, this clean and comfortable apartment is just footsteps from some of the best restaurants and nightlife that St. John's has to offer! The apartment features a deck with a great view of St. John's harbor so much so that, as a side note, the upstairs apartment of this triplex was featured in the movie the Grand Seduction as one of the character's homes! The deck also features a bistro set that comfortably seats two people.
The neighborhood is up and coming with many other short-term rentals in the area. The downtown area is rich with St. John's originality in the people, places and experiences you will come across on your journey here. Legendary restaurants like Basho Restaurant and Lounge (Japanese/ Sushi), The Duke of Duckworth (British Pub) and Oliver's Restaurant (Canadian Seafood) are among the many food options you have, many within an easy walk, but bring the right shoes! There are hills to climb in the city core and around Signal Hill and the Cabot Trail areas.
