Our luxurious, coastal-inspired villa, nestled in the heart of Edge Hill, is the perfect place to escape, relax, and connect with the enviable lifestyle that Cairns and North Queensland region offers. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of space for relaxing, our villa is ideal for couples, business travelers, families, and groups.

Edge Hill is a prestigious residential suburb in Cairns with a lovely village. It is close to the airport (5 minutes) and 10 minutes from the city center. You can walk to the village in less than 5 minutes and enjoy our beautiful restaurants, coffee shops, and shops.

Our fully air-conditioned home is outfitted with everything you'll need to settle in for a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy onsite and off-site parking and the convenience of being a short stroll away from restaurants, buses, shops, botanical gardens, and coffee shops.

Pets are also welcome – so don't forget to bring your furry friends along—strictly no parties or gatherings.

A lot of our guests comment on the level of luxury, we are sure you will be impressed. The home has a queen bed in the main bedroom with an ensuite and robes. The second room has a triple bunk (single and double) and a bunk bed, perfect for the kids. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Our home is your home. We provide just about everything you'll need during your stay, we even try to think of the small things like hairdryers and ironing boards. So that means you can relax and enjoy your vacation/holiday.

Ubers, taxis, and buses are very accessible in this area. There are also excellent footpaths for walking and exploring the area as there is lots to see and do. You'll also love the neighborly vibe with lots of residents walking their dogs either grabbing the morning coffee or heading out for dinner and cocktails.

And lastly, if you need anything, we live in the neighborhood, so a quick SMS or email will have us around to your villa in minutes.

We visited Cairns over 30 years ago and fell in love with the natural beauty and easy going lifestyle so we packed up and moved from the Gold Coast. We have raised 2 beautiful children and are living a relaxed lifestyle. I love golf, Carl loves the ocean, Friday night games night, Saturday night Cards night (girls vs boys lol), the movies, travel and cherished family time. We would love to share our love of this tropical paradise with you and invite you stay with us at The Villas Of Cairns many different Villas. Now we have a new Villa in Sydney and shortly we will be opening another in Surfers Paradise, check us out, we are sure you will not be disappointed with our bespoke Villas.

We love this very special location. One of the things we love to share with our guests, is upon arrival at the airport, make sure you ask the Uber or taxi driver, to be sure to navigate to our Villas via the Collins Ave - the Botanical Gardens route (or put this into your GPS). It is the best way for you see why we love Edge Hill, you'll be treated on a drive through magnificent rainforest and past our special little village, full of the some of the best cafes & restaurants in Cairns. (This is where you'll find where all the locals hang out). As for our guests who may leave us and travel on to Sydney, we would love for you to try our New Villa at Randwick, this special spot in Sydney emulates many of the important features we have in Cairns, such as access to important infrastructure (The Prince Of Wales Hospital is just across the road) walking to Coogee beach and on to Bondi via the great ocean walk, but also access to a cute little village (The Spot) which also has some great restaurants & cafes. Importantly, Randwick is in the eastern suburbs of Sydney with fantastic public transport options to the our famous Opera house, Harbour Bridge and awesome downtown Sydney. In other words it's places that we would love to stay in, these Villas are a reflection of what we would expect to find if we were leaving or home and travelling to a new destination. Many of our guests comment that the photos are exactly the same as what you get when you arrive and some think it's even better than they expected. Often our furniture is sourced from the best retailers in Australia and our bedding and linen is of the highest quality, professionally cleaned and presented for your enjoyment. We also think that it's important to make your arrival and departure easy by ensuring that we have no stairs or minimal access issues such as elevators and flat low story Villas.
