📝 Need to Know: This property is registered as a vacation rental with the City of Sarasota with a Registration Number of VR23-00019. Due to City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property must be rented only once during a seven (7) day period and have a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Exterior security cameras are present on each side of the home as well as on the front of the home/front door. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front-door entry (including one at the front door and one on the garage), as well as along the left and right sides of the home for security purposes only. No cameras are located inside the home or directed toward private guest areas. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
