We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We strive to maintain transparency throughout the booking process, providing a breakdown of all rates, taxes, and fees before confirming the reservation. We've noted that you booked at a particularly favorable rate, and it's worth mentioning that the taxes and fees are beyond the owner's control. - The listing states that the condo is 1000 sq ft, and the photos accurately portray the size. Past guests have found the property spacious, with large bedrooms and vaulted ceilings exceeding 20 ft. - The listing photos show views from different rooms in the condo, and we recognize that view quality is subjective. Our guests have noted that the listing photos don't fully capture the beauty of the balcony views, expressing their enjoyment of morning coffee while watching whales.- Unfortunately, the condo was left in unsatisfactory conditions upon checkout. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own.We work hard to provide an outstanding guest experience and we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests.
