Dette smukke hjem er ideelt til en stor begivenhed eller en stor familiesamling. Dette smukke hjem ved bugten i Golfen er 2.634 kvadratmeter, seks soveværelser, seks badeværelser og sover komfortabelt op til 18 personer.

304 Ariola Drive administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Front døre fører ind i en lys indgangsparti med trappe fører op til det overordnede niveau. Dette åbne koncept stue har et stort køkken med lang morgenmad bar, tonsvis af tæller plads og en overdimensioneret køleskab / fryser combo. Opholdsstuen har masser af komfortable siddepladser, vægmonteret fladskærms-tv og en våd bar. Spisebordet med sit bænk stil siddepladser kan rumme hele den udvidede familie ved måltidstider. Tre soveværelser er til højre for køkken, alle med dæk adgang. Soveværelse 1 har en kingsize seng og eget bad. Soveværelse 2 har to dronning senge og eget bad. Soveværelse 3 har også to dronning senge og en privat bad. Yderligere tre soveværelser er på den modsatte side af huset. Soveværelse 4 har to dronning senge og en privat bad. Soveværelse 5 har en kingsize-seng og bruger en hal bad, der også servicerer opholdsrummet. Soveværelse 6 er en master suite med adgang til dæk, en kingsize-seng og stort privat badeværelse med boblebad i haven og glas i brusebad.

Hovedniveauet dæk er utroligt med skyggefulde og åbne siddepladser, spisebord i fuld størrelse og klare akrylbelægninger til uhindret udsigt over bugten. Trapper fra dækket fører lige ned til sukker hvide sand og smaragdvand. Carport-området under huset er stort og åbent for masser af overdækket parkering og ekstra underholdende plads.

Great for our family vacation!

Wonderful property for our family vacation! We were so impressed with the property, the cleanliness, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. One note that might help others traveling with little kids, there is not a great spot for a pack and play because the rooms are all packed with beds but we made it work. We've already booked again for next year!

Fall Break with the Grandchildren

More than enough kitchen utensils. Children and grandchildren loved the house and loved the location as did I. Very clean and loved that all but one of the bedrooms had a bathroom attached but the one that didn't have a bath attached the bathroom was in the hall for it.

Enjoyable

I found the house very conveniently located and the house itself roomy and pretty well equiped. We were not sure about the lack of fundamental supplies in the house so we had to bring or buy everything ( like salt and pepper etc) I wish we had brought more basics

The property management and La Dolce Vita were wonderful. If something was needed they were there before we knew it! Yet for the price it would be nice to have chairs and umbrellas included in the rental!

Plenty of room and one of the best views of the Ocean in that area, from the porch. Beach access was easy. Great memories were made with family and friends this weekend for our daughter’s wedding. Only negative was one mattress out of all the beds, was hard not very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Most Comfortable House Ever

It was not the fanciest but was the most comfortable home we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room to spread out, great location, close to an uncrowded beach and very clean. Plenty of things to see and do. We loved it so much we have already reserved it for next year.

There is a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area, but we catered most of the meals to minimize our need to leave the house. The beach is easily accessible and the view was lovely. The beds were very comfortable except for the queens in the front street side. Son says those need replacing. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Lots of new glasses! Great having two dishwashers and an ice maker. We re-upped for next year!
