Amazing quality for a good price
This property was very high quality. It's obvious the owners also use it because the furniture and decor are nice quality. The mattresses are comfortable and you have everything you could think of, including bikes beach umbrellas, beach cart, kitchen gear, ping pong table, pool table etc... The pool was a good temperature as well and the option of fully outdoor and partially enclosed sitting areas in the backyard made this property a gem. We use VRBO quite a bit, and this is by far one of my favorite rentals that I've gotten. It's also about 5 min by foot from the beach, so overall nothing more you could ask for!

Wonderful Home
This house is absolutely wonderful!! The location is ideal for walking to the post of the places we wanted and needed to go. The house was very clean and cozy. We will definitely look for availability here when we plan a trip back to Coco!

Yearly Cold Escape
My husband & I, with 2 other couples, from CNY stayed here. We had higher expectations from the internet posting, but did Enjoy our stay. We try to plan our vacations a year in advance to escape the cold. This place was more expensive then others we've stayed at. The other homes had more to offer, for less money & better location to the beach. The host was great & very accommodating. Thank You.

This home is set in an ideal location, with Publix Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance, the Cocoa Beach Pier right around the corner, and the Port and downtown Cocoa Beach a short drive. The historic Cocoa Beach Pier is located within a short walk, offering boat tours and multiple restaurants, including the popular Pelican's Bar & Grill with panoramic ocean views, live entertainment, and fishing gear rentals for excellent pier fishing. Known as the East Coast surfing capital, both School of Surf, and Ron Jon Surf School provide a variety of lessons to cater to all skill levels, from private and semi-private lessons to group lessons and surf clinics. This home has plenty of things to do on a rainy day, including ping pong, foosball, pool table, and air hockey. Enjoy the beautiful tropical outdoor space with the heated saltwater pool and hot tub, dine under the tiki hut, or shoot some hoops out front.
