Getaway and come stay in this newly renovated beachside condo just walking distance to no-drive New Smyrna Beach via a dedicated boardwalk. Grab your rolling cooler and beach chair provided by us and head straight to the sand just a 5-minute walk from your condo. This is the perfect spot to take a break from reality and smell the salty sea air. This little oasis sleeps 4 people comfortably and is freshly renovated - all-new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, and appliances.

This ground-floor modern oasis features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful shower. A spacious walk-in closet features extra linens, pillows, and beach/pool towels You can access the outdoor patio via the master bedroom or living room.

The open living room features a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. You will be able to find Two SMART TVs (one in the living room and one in the master) You will find several games in the bottom drawer of the living room side table.

A full washer/dryer is available to all our visitors. The kitchen provides all necessary items for cooking and most importantly a COFFEE POT!

The outdoor patio offers two chairs to enjoy your freshly brewed morning coffee. The patio closet provides a few beach and pool essentials including beach chairs and a few beach toys.

The amazing Sea Woods community offers 3 pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, a library, a clubhouse, and beautiful walking and biking trails.

Sand – please make sure to wash the sand off anything you bring into our unit, including yourself THERE IS A WATER HOSE TO THE LEFT of the dumpster.

Property is totally what you would hope for in a beach condo!! Very cute, great decor, comfy bed, great design! Just sorry it's booked until 9/2025!

Hidden Gem
This place was immaculate. If it wasn't professionally decorated somebody's missing their calling. The layout of the property it's perfect. The location is so convenient to the beach and lots of cool places to eat. I mean there's a French bakery just around the corner. Go a little further to Mom's home cooking you won't be disappointed. Guaranteed. I did not find a code for the restrooms at the pool area. The batteries were dead in the remote for the living room TV. And I wish the code to enter would have been easier to remember because the only thing I took with me to the beach was a towel and a boogie board. Carrying that wagon was just way too much up and down the steps three or four times. And you might want to get a nice set of glasses or cups TJ Maxx or Tuesday morning. Not sure if there was a place to grill but I'm sure there's a restaurant somewhere that will grill for me LOL Overall I totally loved this little spot it would definitely stay there again.
