About this property

Lovely 2 Bedroom Condo with Heated Pool

Welcome to our desert oasis! Our condo has everything you could need for a short or long term stay! We are located near the I-17 which makes traveling around the valley a breeze. There are multiple hiking trails nearby and we are 30 minutes from Lake Pleasant. One of the nice features is the community pool that is heated in the winter. We have a wood burning fireplace that is cozy in the winter months.
Our first outdoor seating area is right outside the front door. It is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee in the cooler fall and winter months or unwind from the day with a glass of wine. Upon entering the condo, the living room has a comfy couch with a lounger on one side. The couch pulls out into a queen bed. The linens for this bed are kept in the closet near the dining room. There are also two oversized accent chairs that are perfect to curl up in to read a book or watch a movie. All of the TVs in the condo are connected to YouTube TV which allows you to get most of the major TV stations as well as some shows and movies. For those working remotely or attending school online, we have a workspace with a desk and reading light. Our kitchen has all of the major appliances including a dishwasher so that's one less thing you have to do on your vacation. We stock basic condiments like ketchup, mustard and some spices. The dining table seats six with two additional seats at the bar. The table is not just for eating, it is also a great place for a game night with games like Yahtzee and Uno.

Super Clean & Safe stay
This place was spotless and so clean! I stayed with my folks and this was the perfect spot for a wedding in Glendale. The neighborhood was fine. Appreciated it had a gate code & gated parking. Host was Easy to talk to and it was a great experience.

Great Spot near my family
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this location. We like it because the place is well-equipped, has a pool, luxury bedding and is very close to my family. Unfortunately, this time, the prior guests didn't follow the rules about smoking and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. 2 of my kids have asthma, and I was coughing all night. The host tried her best to clean the air with a special machine and was very apologetic. Unfortunately, as with any lodging, hosts/hotels are at the mercy of the guests' cooperation. Please, if you're going to smoke, go find another place to stay!

Nice place, great location
Stayed at this property for about a week. The place is nice and the neighborhood is great. It’s next to a high school but classes weren’t in session at the time. Might be different if school had been in session.
