Entire main home, multiple patio's, front/rear yard within fenced areas.
The front door has a code that will be generated for your stay.
The Estate is nearly 1/2 an acre in the city and the owner stays in the casita completely fenced and away from the main house. The casita is set up to have separate accessibility for privacy so it does not effect the guests in anyway.
Instead of replacing the heater for the current below ground hot tub I am opting to get a new above ground more modern Hot Tub. It is now used as a great kid pool!
Free uncovered parking.
Covered parking $50 per car per day.
Full laundry room access washer/dryer near kitchen.
Blow up mattresses are available to sleep additional people if needed.

Assumption of Risk/Indemnity agreement may be issued prior to access.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).

Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.

Jacuzzi?
Very clean and upgraded. Comfortable, spacious. All included, towels, paper, soap, coffee, appliances, kitchen cooking utensils and dishes, extra sleeping mattresses and blankets. However, jacuzzi was now a kiddie pool and microwave over stove did not work (although another microwave that did work was provided). Note: when my 25 year old son first walked into the kitchen…his eyes lit up and said”wow, I can cook in this kitchen… what do y’all want to eat!?”

Weekend Vacation
House was a great size for our group (5 adults). It was slightly too chilly to use the pool during spring, but I imagine during the summer it would be perfect. Bummed that the hot tub wasn’t working/available during our stay. Would be a great spot for a couple families to convene. Was a little further out from central Phoenix than we expected, but was fairly easy to get around regardless.
