Beautiful home with Nature Preserve mountain setting. Freeway close & easy access to Mayo Clinic
Came to AZ to have surgery at the Mayo Clinic hospital. Very easy drive ...less than 15 minutes. And grocery stores and restaurants within a mile or less. The home is set on a beautiful private corner lot and accross the street from the access neighborhood trail to Lookout Mountain. Very quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard for pups or children. Quail were beautiful to watch as well as to sit out on the nice patio to feel the nice breeze and hear the birds singing.. The house is well appointed with everything needed for cooking and stocked with essentials. I really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. The owner Linda is very nice and always available. Looking forward to returning ! Tim & Lori Kerbs

A wonderful stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at Linda’s home and would highly recommend it for your visit to Phoenix! Linda was great to work with and made the booking process, check-in, and check out so easy. Linda welcomed us to the house and took the time to share important details to help make our stay even better. Additionally, she offered helpful recommendations for activities in the area, which we greatly appreciated! The house (especially the kitchen!) was well stocked with everything we needed and Linda made us feel welcome with nice touches such as coffee, tea, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc! The house looks just like the pictures online and we loved the open and airy feel. We enjoyed sitting out on the private patio where we would often watch the sunset. The home has a great walking path behind it and it is across the street from a mountain where we enjoyed frequent hikes. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; we did a ton of walking and running in the area. The home is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping which made it very convenient. We can’t say enough good things about Linda and our stay at her home! We hope to stay again when we are back in Phoenix!

Beautiful and super clean house
We stayed there four nights (2 couples) and it was enjoyable. The house has been recently renovated and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen, furnishings and beds were very nice, very comfortable, and clean. It is in the hills, so we needed to drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. But we had a car and it was fine. Linda was great to work with and she had everything very organized and clearly laid out in her communications. Things went very smoothly!

Great property
Property had a great layout, with all modern appliances and well stocked with any cooking accessories you would want. The location was wonderful near the trail to going up Lookout Mountain. A very nice quiet community. We are a couple, but this place would be very comfortable for 4 people. Would highly recommend, and hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future.

Could not have been better!
House is absolutely beautiful and she thought of everything. From the coffee/tea, to the shampoo/conditioner and bottled water. Everything here is top notch! We would diffently book this place again.

Why they chose this property

I purchased Casa del Sol in 2013 as I fell in love with it for its Mediterranean styling, wrought-iron detailing, lush landscaping, and neighborhood feel. In 2016, it took me six month renovating it and the end result is a reflection of my original vision - an open contemporary kitchen that connects and flows into all the other rooms in Casa del Sol.
