The main level in this condo is your living area- kitchen, living room, powder room, and access to the balcony with ocean views! Your 2nd level provides two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a washer & dryer. Central AC, free Wi-Fi, cable, and so much more. FYI- Height restriction for parking is 6'. Enjoy a true vacation- just park & walk!
LOCATION: Mariner's Court is an ocean block highly sought out community from our famous Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and beach!
PARKING: Two assigned parking spots. There is a height restriction! No vehicles over 6'.
AMENITIES: Central AC, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, lovely balcony with ocean views.
THINGS TO KNOW: Height restriction for parking under the building. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Did not like that deposit was charged vs having card on file. Rugs and furniture were soiled. Heard repetitive and prolonged knocking which turned out to be wind on the bathroom vents.
