Located just one block to the Beach and Boardwalk this townhouse is the perfect vacation spot! Park in the two assigned spaces and walk to all of the shops, restaurants and amusements Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Featuring two bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other with a queen murphy bed) on the 1st floor with a shared bath an ensuite bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor along with an open living and dining area and newly remodeled kitchen. You will enjoy the relaxing 2nd floor screened porch and refreshing outside shower after your day at the beach!
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE.

Great location
We loved the location, 1.5 blocks from the beach! And right near Funland arcade with kiddie rides. However, the screened in porch and grill were not cleaned. There were scuff marks all over the walls so it had not been painted in a while. In general we were pleased but the unit could use a little refresh.

Great location, but A/C didn't work.
We stayed May 19-22, the first HOT weekend of the year. When we arrived we noticed that the condo was a bit warm, but opened the windows and the ocean breeze took over. Unfortunately, we didn't realize the A/C didn't work until Saturday morning when we woke up drenched in sweat. The real estate agent responded quickly, and a couple of hours later the A/C guy showed up and let us know that there was ZERO refridgerant in the unit. He refilled it, letting us know how much it cost for some unknown reason and we had cool air after arriving home from dinner on Saturday..... but getting ready sucked because putting on make up when it is 85+ degrees inside is kind of pointless. I would think that a property managed by Jack Lingo should check all A/C units prior to the busy season. If we would have had elderly people or small children in our group we would have to have moved.

Great location!
Location couldn't have been better for taking advantage of the beautiful weather to walk/run on beach, boardwalk. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants and taverns. A few maintenance issues tried to distract us, but hopefully property manager will address these. The unit is older and needs a little TLC but was set up well and was comfortable.
