Caddows is a beautifully presented contemporary detached four-bedroom house in the attractive village of Docking. The high quality accommodation features a sociable kitchen/dining room with folding doors to the rear garden and terrace.

The accommodation is of the highest quality with excellent furnishings, beds and linens. There is oak flooring and doors throughout the ground floor and plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with a sociable kitchen/dining room with central island complete with bar stools and folding doors to the rear garden and terrace. The sitting room is comfortable with a wood burning stove and corner sofa.

All four bedrooms are of a high standard. Caddows will appeal to the most discerning of guests.

Additional Information
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Please note that a refundable security deposit of £150 will be taken on booking this property.

A lovely house in a perfect location to explore the north Norfolk coast.
The house was lovely, light and airy and had a really comfortable friendly feel. The kitchen/diner was perfect to spend time together. It is less than 10 minutes drive to Brancaster beach - so we popped back and forth daily enjoying daytime fun and evening strolls.

Overall good stay, but improvements needed.
Great sized property, good location, clean, & modern, allowed 2 dogs to stay :) Improvements needed: Smart TV, replacement sofa (springs are completely gone on one side), floorboards are SO noisy so can hear others in the house moving around early morning / late night.

A fabulous house for Christmas
The house was very spacious for all the family and 2 dogs. It had everything we needed in it to enjoy our Christmas and the grandchildren had lots of space to play with their new toys. It was lovely to have a big utility room and washing machine and tumble dryer too. The stairs seemed very creaky when going up and down them but Father Christmas was very quiet so no children woke up! The location was good to drive to Sandringham, Kings Lynn or the seaside. We loved our time here, Thank you

Super holiday
We had a wonderful holiday at Caddows. The house was in a fantastic location and beautifully presented. We had a wonderful week helped by some great weather. It would’ve been nice to have had a ‘welcomer’ of some sort as we have had at every other Norfolk Hideaways cottage we’ve rented but we loved staying here! Thank you!
