Great cottage located minutes away from the beach and amusement parks. Kitchen, living room and bathroom were all just renovated and updated. Cottage includes kitchen dishes, Wifi, Amazon Firestick, TV, 2 queen beds, linens, BBQ, large outdoor patio. Large grassed lot. Located on a quiet street. Property backs on to Avonlea Village, which features a number of small shops and restaurants. Licensed and 3 star rated by the Quality Tourism Association of PEI.

Please note a $500 damage deposit will be collected at the time of check-in.

Cottage very well located. Beds comfy but double not queen beds. Ok for max 4 persons.

Great location
Location is great. Cottage is newly renovated and roomy. Overall, nice stay for 4 nights. Missing some equipment for a longer stay or if you want to cook a lot. No washer or dryer unlike the description. The main issue we had is not being able to talk to local managing office (Loyalist Country Inn). No indication on how to get the key once we arrive and they never returned our call or emails. Luckily, we had the phone# of the general manager who helped us right away.
