We loved our two night stay here! The location is unbeatable, so close to many nice restaurants and attractions. The check-in was smooth and the staff were welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We appreciated the small balcony and didn't hear any street noise at night. The only negative was the lobby and rooms had a strong perfume smell that lingered on our clothing even after we left, which was a bit much for us and could be problematic for someone with strong allergies. But overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

Very clean. Great location. Walkable, but also easily accessible to public transportation. Reception was wonderful and very helpful; provided recommendations for dining options and helped with bus navigation throughout the city. A little difficult to find - the street address in the dark is a little difficult to find especially as the cabbie cannot drive down the street it is too narrow But we did find it after a call to the person meeting us Everything worked - nice little patio - but you are in an inner courtyard so no view of any kind but still nice to be outside Would definitely book this property again

Perfect location. Loved the balcony. Great staff. Cool even without air con on. Firm, comfortable bed but only has thin hard pillows. Shower could use updated tile (not the cleanest). Felt safe the entire stay. Overall minor tweaks could make this place incredible but would stay again regardless.

Excellent Guest House

Stayed recently in November 12-15. This is an excellent place to stay and we will be booking again on all our trips back to Rome! Communication by staff after booking was helpful, prompt and thorough. They have excellent customer service and are very helpful with any questions about the area. Location is superb. Hotel close to main attractions

We booked an apartment with intent of cooking while in Rome. Kitchen facilities were minimal, which was disappointing. Having booked at least 6 months in advance we anticipated having a patio where we could eat breakfast. We were given a non patio apartment for our 5 night stay overlooking the alley which was noisey every night until at least 2 am and then again noise at 6 am by street cleaners and other renovation work being done in nearby apartments. The noise from the tenants in the rooms above us kept us awake most every night and was compounded by the alley noise throughout the night and early morning. I wound not stay at this location again and certainly would not recommend it to any other travelers. Very disappointing especially as the hotelier / owner Alexandre was conspicuous by his absence throughout our stay.

Location was absolutely perfect for walking Rome

The location was absolutely perfect for walking around Rome. Any major attraction, with the exception of the Colosseum and the Forum, was within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Further, with Piazza Navona just around the corner, and the Trastevere area five minutes away, the evening eating and nightlife options were endless. Our apartment unit was perfect, as provided beautiful cool sanctuary from the heat of Rome in July. Lots of space, and satellite television with English movies and sports. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again or to recommend.

Fantastic LOCATION with comfort. A must stay!

CancelleriaDieci is the perfect place to stay! You are situated between Piazza Navona, to the left and if you keep on that route you will hit the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and up to the Spanish steeps. In front and little to the left, right across from a statue is a lane way to walk down and there you will find the compo di fiori. A cool place to hang out with a nice market in the mornings. There you will also find the best restaurant, that we ate at all the time called Pizzaria Baffetto 2! If you keep walking though there and cross a bridge you will end up in the fun night life place called Trastevere. To your right you can walk to the Vatican. The room was good size, the shower pressure awesome and always hot. The patio door opened to a tiny balcony that you can't sit on but still look out. When closed it blocked out all noise. The beds are comfortable! There was a mini fridge that we kept our breakfast in to save on eating cost. The tv is hard to figure out but when you do there are plenty of movies playing to watch. Privacy was fantastic. Couldn't hear the others in the building. We were there in Feb 2017. Our room was on the 4th floor, which has an elevator. The cleaning service was great but I can tell no one really scrubs the bathroom tiles.The rest of the room was really clean. Jennifer at the front desk is really nice and super helpful. It's not a regular hotel, you let yourself in and out. NOT 24hr service. Great restaurant just down stairs too!
