At Shores of Panama Beach Resort, relax by an indoor pool or hit the beach where you can enjoy surfing/body boarding. Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, an LED TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as a washer/dryer and a dining area. Housekeeping is available once per stay.
Shores of Panama Beach Resort offers 167 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature washers/dryers and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Accommodation at this 3.5-star condo resort has kitchens with full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and separate dining areas. The wall in the master bedroom was pouring water down it and had black mold on the baseboard. It wasn't even raining outside. The indoor pool/hot tub was disgusting. The outdoor pool was freezing and nobody was able to swim in it. There were stains (from what we don't know) on the furniture. The dishwasher left the dishes dirty, leaving behind a black substance on the dishes (we hand washed everything). The front door of the unit was broken. The bar/restaurant wasn't open, even though it was advertised. The best thing about the property was the parking, as it was close to our 10th floor unit. Overall it was terrible. We left a day early. We would never go back.

Booking clearly stated resort fees included in room rate. Resort charged $30 per day on top, $130 cleaning fee $250 deposit. Site clearly said deposit only charged at spring break. Even after showing the booking clearly stating resort fee was included, Scott, the disgusting excuse of an assistant manager became confrontational, abusive, deceitful, boorish, and all around rude about it. Three other vacationers were at the desk at the same time complaining about the exact same thing. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! It is not Expedia's fault. Expedia is crediting my credit card the resort fees. They were very helpful dealing with this. Especially Paul at the phone center. Expedia should ban this resort from listing. I always use Expedia and if this resort wasn't listed I would have chosen another.

Just know there are extra charges

Three small complaints: our stay was supposed to include beach chairs, but we were asked to pay for them; we had extra charges upon check in; and we had to fight to get the $250 cleaning deposit returned to our credit card rather than by cheque. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable ... a great location and beach.

The condo is outdated and old for the locatin and the price i had to pay ..the sheets were old and torn the couch that opens to be a bed the mattress was old and thin you could feel the springs of the couch

Slightly disappointing

Bed is very old. Sheets are not appropriate sized. Furnishings in living room are in very used and poor condition. The amenities on the property are great. Beach access and views were awesome.

The property completely without any cleaning, plus having one of the showers clogged, the garbage disposal locked, the showers dirty. Bottles, cotton swabs, and more trash under beds and nightstand. The kitchen had very few dishes and utensils, considering that it was rented for 5 people, it was not enough.

I want to refund my money, was terrible experience for my children and my mother, she is 73 years old. The unit was dirty, with mold, dusty and terrible condition. I just stayed because we traveled from Tampa and we were tired, but I feel really scammed.
