Windermere cabins

Kim's place was beautiful and fit 6 adults perfectly. It was nice to be able to cook our meals when we wanted. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a meal. The patio was great to lounge in the morning with a coffee or gather in the evening while bbqing. The location was fabulous for golf and breathtaking courses were within 15-30 minutes. Kim was super helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Would highly recommended this spot!

This property was spacious and well appointed and perfect for our family of 8. Easy access to local hot spots and still very private. Our granddaughter asked if we could all just stay and live there!

Last minute booking with family for the Easter long weekend. Check in process was automated and easy to navigate. Property was clean with ample supplies in the kitchen and sharp kitchen knives for cooking; a rarity.Take in take out waste was a cinch at Fairmont waste station. Hike up the river is 5mins away from home and allows you to follow the river or go up and hug the hilly trail. Arcade games and shuffle board were a hit; Tetris and Pacman round robin tournament anyone?Fees for VRBO's in BC, including taxes and hosting fees are simply too much these days for us to do this frequently; which is too bad- we would love to return.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Legacy Cabin! The location was perfect—close to Panorama and the hot springs, making it easy to enjoy both. Our kids absolutely loved the quadruple bunk bed—it was a big hit! The house itself had a great open-concept design, which worked really well for our family.The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essential cooking tools, making meal prep a breeze. The beds were super comfy, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The owners were excellent with communication, making everything smooth and stress-free.Overall, a wonderful stay—we would definitely recommend it!

We loved this cabin, stayed as a large family and had tons of room to spread out. Beautiful view off the ridge and from the large main floor windows. Used the fire table every morning and the fire pit every evening! Private beach was a bonus, we also loved the dog beach! The walk to the beach was a little too far and there were bears in the area so we did choose to car pool instead. Would absolutely stay here again!!

We stayed at Gayla's cabin for 3 weeks over the summer. The cabin was great for our family and provided a great lake life experience. It was bright and clean, well stocked and we had plenty of space for our family of 4. As a host, Gayla was very accommodating, friendly and provided easy and detailed responses. We will definitely be back again!!

Cute cabin with lots of space for a group of 6. Had everything we needed and was close to a grocery/liquor store. Loved the barbecue, Roku for entertainment when it was raining, and the community.
