Very clean and comfortable property co-located in the grounds of the Ardler Tavern. Ideally located for our needs. Hosts Alan and Claire together with their staff at the Ardler Tavern were very friendly and helpful. The food and service at the Adler Tavern was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Cottage has everything you need for a family to stay! Plenty of room, kitchen equipped to cook, highland cows outside front door! We were greeted by much appreciated milk, tea, bread etc! Great after a long drive up! We ebiked and walked in Dunkeld, climbed Lochnagar, explored Braemar, sledged at Glen Shee, explored Glen Clova - and always returned to a cosy, welcoming cottage!

Had a wonderful stay, house is in the perfect location. Great wee pub around the corner! House is quirky but everything you would need. Hot tub was a great bonus especially as some of the party had just walked 54 miles in the Cateran Yomp👣. Would definitely book this property again.

Excellent condition, very warm cosy cottage, easy travelling into Pitlochry. Overall a relaxing few days.

Book it!! We are a family of 4 (girls aged 8 and 10) and this was brilliant! The cabin was full of everything you could possibly need and it was spotless! Plenty of walks straight from the door. Local pub great for a cold drink. Pitlochary is great for a mootch and has a huge co op. Would totally recommend Ben vrackie for a walk. About 6 miles, lots of steps up but the views are incredible! The hot tub was fabulous, a great way to chill out after days out. We met Polly and Richard who were both so lovely and popped over to check we were ok. We needed nothing from them as everything was already thought of for our stay. Would love to visit again!

A real home from home. Rachel and Mark are excellent hosts and their welcome was very warm and friendly. They left a welcome basket with some delicious treats as well as the essentials of bread and milk. The cottage suited our needs perfectly and is well-stocked for self-catering and extremely comfortable. There is plenty to do in the area and we had a fantastic week here.
