Orange Tree houses

We had a lovely stay at the property, it was extremely clean and the pool was great fun (and spa of course). We had a few issues due to the weather but they were resolved extremely quickly so did not spoil our stay, no fault of the villa simply the Florida inclement weather. Will certainly be returning when we come back to Florida

We have been to many villas over the years and whilst this is a little dated it has probably been the best. The pool could be bigger but was fine for what you needed but the garage conversion is great with pool table, table ice hockey and a ps4 but the garage is air conditioned which is a game changer and so we were in there loads. A lovely villa and will likely use again

We booked this villa for our family, myself, husband and daughter and my son and his wife and 3 children. The villa was very spacious and everything you needed was already thought of and provided. Regarding the bedrooms there were three bedrooms on one side of the villa and two bedrooms on the other which worked very well for us, 4 bathrooms another big plus. The villa was spotless and the pool and spa was a big welcome after a busy day. It was a short drive to Disney as we did it every day. There is a Publix and Walmart superstore very close by. The property doesn’t come with a bbq, Yvonne provided us with a company to deliver a bbq on hire. There is a games room in the garage which with the glorious weather we didn’t use.

We were 3 generations from the UK, grand parents, parents and grandkids. The house was perfect, plenty of room, we loved the games room and the pool. Aircon, WiFi and Smart TVs all worked really well. The location is ideal for Disney, the Airport and all that the Orlando area has to offer. We would definitely book again if making a return trip.

Magnificent villa near to Clermont, the best we have ever stayed at.

Andy the owner is an incredibly helpful and goes the extra mile to provide support from the point of booking . Eg - Just before our arrival a severe hailstorm hit the area and damaged the majority of the mesh over the pool area. He let us know as soon as it happened and then organised an urgent repair despite the huge demand for other properties in the area.

Great house perfect for our family of 5; very clean with great facilities and very comfortable beds. Pool was an excellent size and despite the cold temperatures the spa was very hot and a great spot to watch the Disney fireworks from. Communication with Shelley was outstanding and exceptionally quick, and we were very grateful for her making a Christmas tree and some decorations available to us too! Would recommend and would happily stay again on future trips.

We had a great stay. Property is well located, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Host was excellent in communication and any problems we had were promptly sorted by property services. Would recommend to prospective renters
