This place was amazing! Excellent location for activities around Disney and other themed parks. Plenty of space inside the house for the family to relax and enjoy ourselves. Absolutely perfect pool space and covered lanai with lots of wide angle views beyond the yard. The lanai also offers complete privacy from the surrounding homes. Not a single window from a neighboring house can be seen. We loved this place and will be returning next time we are traveling to the Orlando area!The last thing I want to touch on is the hosts. We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs in the past and these guys have been top notch. We reached out to them a couple times before, during and after our stay, and I must say that their hospitality, attentiveness and just general regard for our experience at their property was stellar. These are truly good people and they will do their absolute best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! 5/5 STARS!

From the moment we pulled up we were in love. The house is described perfectly and fit my family perfectly. The house was so clean and provided us with all the amenities to feel like home. We fully enjoyed the pool and the tiki room as well as the many seating areas. We stayed 9 days and each day was perfect. The communication was spot on if any issues arose. We were lucky to spend time together as a family, but there was also enough space to be apart also. Waking up to the sounds of nature was truly a plus. The neighborhood Was perfect. We definitely will look forward to visiting again. Thank you for a beautiful memorable vacation.

The house was perfect and in the best location. There are stores and restaurants nearby, but no heavy traffic. We enjoyed the pool and spa. It is very quiet and there are always birds walking by. We love walking this neighborhood as well as the perimeter trail. The house has everything you could need. The host was easy to reach when we had questions.

Very clean, well equipped kitchen. Lanai pool and hot tub very clean and in excellent working condition. Lots of nice pool toys. Lanai furniture in great condition and clean. Relaxing spot to observe wild birds in pond. Our family was very comfortable here. I highly recommend.

Fabulous location, such a lovely neighbourhood. A very quiet and relaxing Villa, not overlooked. Beautiful sunrise/sunset over the lake and Disney fireworks are visible (and audible).Villa is extremely well equipped.

Our family had the best time in Orange Tree. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Clean! Comfortable beds, private pool, plenty of space. Close to everything you need. About 35-40 min to parking lot at Disney even with some morning traffic. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!
