Holiday rentals near Central Market

This apartment was perfect for our needs, so close to the centre of Florence but in a quiet street away from the crowds. Patrizia and Sergio were superb hosts and so helpful. We had some lovely chats with Patrizia when she popped round to look after the gardens. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the facilities were great, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and excellent shower. The air conditioning was particularly welcome in the sweltering heat. The garden was a lovely, peaceful place to sit and it was amazing to have this outdoor space so close to the city centre.I would 100% recommend this apartment and Sergio and Patrizia as hosts.

We had a lovely stay in the La Limonaia garden apartment. The property managers were very friendly and very helpful and always happy to answer queries. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It was in a good location and very secure. The garden was a lovely safe and quiet haven to relax in. We loved our stay there.

Perfect property, great layout for us, very clean and modern and in a great location, would definitely stay here again.

Great location with quality facilities and all modern conveniences in a lovely building. 2 mins to Medici chapel, 5 minutes to Duomo, Baptistry and Giottos tower with a wide selection of quality restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Would go back without any hesitation. Great hosts too, available, helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay Silvia was lovely helpful clear and professional. Apartment very clean functional everything you needed. Aircon was very effective kept the place cool which was a real asset as temp outside was well into the 90. Loved the place very close to the Accademia and the central market ( great place to eat and drink in the evening great atmosphere. Only negative was steep set of stairs we didn’t have a problem as we were reasonable fit 60 yr old, but some people might struggle. We had a afternoon transfer on the day we left Silvia let us stay at the apartment till noon which was very helpful in the hot weather and luggage Thank ! Would recommend very pleased with our stay

We have just had a great one week stay at San Lorenzo Apt. Apartment was exactly as described, clean and well maintained and worth its very fair price. The location is superb. 2 mins from the train station and most major attractions in Florence. The apartment is directly opposite the Mercato (central Market) which has everything you need. Downstairs is an open market and upstairs very good food and drink in a very busy upmarket food court which is popular with the locals. Considering how busy the place is no noise bothered us in the apartment and the bedroom is upstairs away from the street. The square outside has very good restaurants including Za Za which serves the best steak ive ever had. There is many eateries and drink establishments within a 2 minute walk including two craft beer bars (Brewdog and Mostedolce). We were met promptly by Gabriele who was very polite,thorough and spoke excellent english. He didnt bother us for the week but was on hand by phone if required. We would and probably will stay here again.
