Croatian Coast rentals with pool

The property is amazing with the best views, made even better by having the sea access & bathing deck. The paddle board was used every day. It was our first trip to Croatia and we will definitely be going back. So friendly & beautiful

We've just returned from a lovely week at Villa Zaneta. Alen was a very welcoming host and made sure we were very comfortable - arrived to find a gorgeous homemade fruit tart in the fridge, along with some other treats! Accommodation very clean and spacious with excellent aircon in all rooms. Kitchen and BBQ area fully equipped with everything you'd need to self-cater. Small shop in village short walk away for baked goods, fresh milk, fruit and veg and lots of Istrian goodies. Supermarket 15 mins drive and vineyard just round the corner from the villa! Alen recommended some local restaurants, all a short drive from villa. There are also plenty of options in Porec, which is a lovely holiday town especially in the evening for strolling, shopping and dining. Spent our days snorkling in the sea, swimming in the pool and bubbling in the hot tub - thank you Alen for a lovely weeks' holiday :)

This is the most beautifully designed and furnished villa with a great pool and outdoor sunbathing area. It is situated in a lovely village with a cafe, restaurant and convenience store. It is close to beaches and there are many wonderful places to explore a car ride away. Dudo, the owner, who lives next door is an exceptional host. The perfect balance between unobtrusive and helpful, Dudo provided lots of excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful fun family holiday in this beautiful region of Croatia. Thank you so much.

We had an absolutely delightful time. The villa is perfectly located for day trips along the coast from Split to Dubrovnik, island hopping or inland just 45 minutes away from Mostar. It was a week full of peace and adventure. The villa has an amazing big pool which was used daily whatever the weather. There is an abundance of wildlife although the three cats that have claimed the house are definitely the friendliest :) Our host, Danijel was fantastic, making sure we have everything we need and replying to any questions straight away. We were given pointers where we could go on trips, secluded little beaches only the natives know about and places to go shopping. Our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night which was no problem for Danijel. He made sure we could access Villa Pinjol, have everything we might need to our disposal and something to eat which made us feel at home straight away. A car is required as the house is off the beaten track but this opens up many options when it comes to day trips! We can’t speak highly enough of this place, it was a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous villa with a modern design. Host was superb and could not do enough to ensure our stay went smoothly. Area was convenient and clean with some good local bars. I would recommend this for families and friends who still want to be in reach of busy towns but need their own space.

Our week at the villa was thoroughly enjoyable. The weather tried hard to dampen spirits, but failed. The accommodation was great and Mitja was extremely helpful suggesting places to visit and try Istrian food. The villa allows everyone space to do their own thing. The location is quiet and off the beaten track whilst being close to many attractions. Vodnjan itself is an interesting town with long history and well worth exploring.
