Holiday rentals near Sterling Ave Beach

What a wonder holiday we had in Bonita Springs. Property was just as per pictures and the location was perfect with lots to do for all ages. The pool was lovely and the villa had everything we needed and loads of space for a family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

We were thrilled with this property. It is as lovely as the pictures suggest, with an amazing large pool and outside area. Easy short walk to times square and beach. Nice neighbourhood. Barb, property owner, was brilliant with communication with us both before and during our stay. There was a small issue during our stay, and Barb was straight away dealing with it, even though the issue could not have been avoided or of her making and she kept us informed throughout. We had a look to see if we could book next year, but calendar is already quite full of bookings, and now we have vacationed there, we know why it is so popular. We would love to come back one day. Thank you Barb for a great stay.

We had an amazing weeks stay at this apartment and couldn’t recommend it enough. The host made contact before we arrived checking all was ok with our upcoming stay and then when we arrived the apartment was a breath of fresh air. Clean, beautiful views of the beach, stocked so well with all the amenities you need and a few extra little bonuses. Any problems we had throughout our stay the host was reachable and answered any questions. Thank you for our lovely stay and for all the extra help you are giving us. We would love to return one day.

This idyllic beach house had the most fabulous views and as promised in the description a beautiful location to watch each sunset with a cocktail in hand. From the minute we arrived to a warm helpful welcome from Jim to the moment we left this was a beautiful house and location in which to chillax. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, the memories of the evening walks along the beach heading into the sunset to the bars and restaurants in Time Square and sitting under our very own palm tree having a BBQ will keep us smiling long after we have returned to real world.
