Holiday rentals near Smoothie King Center

The house was perfect for our two day stay and we barely had to leave the property with so much space and amenities. The host was excellent with instructions and help and responded really fast. The treehouse was a firm favourite for our 3 and 6 year old Amazing overall experience

This house was a great place for our family of 8 adults and 6 children to stay while attending my nephew's wedding in the garden district. We were welcomed with treats on the counter and a bottle of champagne that we all toasted to our arrival and start of a great vacation. The house was gorgeous and relatives who came to see it were in awe . It was exceptionally clean and had modern type furnishings and decor. The cable car was only a couple blocks away, easy to walk to. There was a Walmart about a mile away for us to pickup some groceries. There is street parking. Management kept in contact with me prior to the visit and while we were there. I'd definitely stay here again with a large group when visiting New Orleans! Thank you for providing a place where we created some wonderful memories!!

Spent a week with family, ages 19 to 80, over Thanksgiving. We felt at home - with a fun, art twist - and had everything we needed. Restaurants within walking distance, rented a car for activities farther away. Visiting a family member at Tulane and this place is relatively close if you have a car.

Sara is a fantastic host. The art filled “shotgun” house is a treasure. Every detail is taken care of and the home gives a fantastic art filled experience of every aspect of New Orleans. The location in the Marigny makes the famous French Quarter just a few short blocks away. Perfect stay in every way. Even our little cavapoo Betsy was spoiled here! Would love to visit again! My husband, my 3 year old and some friends stayed over new years in this lovely, well equipped house. It was an excellent, homely base. The bubbly bath provided a lot of entertainment to our 3 year old! It's a nice location, close to nice restaurants and bars and within 30 mins walk to the French Quarter, the aquarium, the steam boat and the Mardi Gras world (if it had been open!). For 3 year old entertainment, I would highly recommend the kids museum at city park (accessible by taxi/walk and street car), music on Jackson Square and seeing any parade going on. The owner, Sam, and the property manager, Allen, were both fantastic communicators, both very accommodating and provided helpful tips. Thanks for the welcome snacks too!

We were a family group of six adults spending ten nights on our first trip to New Orleans. There was plenty of space for us to be together or have time alone. The keypad entry system was useful as it meant we could go out separately if we wanted to do different things. The kitchen was well equipped, I have stayed in a few self catering properties and I think this was the best equipped. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to sit together for meals. A couple of nights were cold but the heating system soon warmed us up. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cosy. It was useful having two bathrooms. Although the house was a shotgun house it has been converted so there is a corridoor and each bedroom has private access. The location was quiet but it was easy to get to the French Quarter, it took us about 40 minutes to walk but we were going slowly. There are two bus routes very close by, the 91 or the 94. Andrew was always quick to communicate and gave us all the information we needed.
