The Villa is perfectly set up for families, Christiana could not have been more helpful, can’t recommend highly enough

There were so many great points to this stunning villa. It's in a very classy residential area. It's very well equipped including the kitchen, with useful items such as dried herbs, good prep knives. First time I've used an induction hob - as good as my gas one. The owner was really helpful. Got to park my car off road and undercover - nice to get into it on the hot days. Really easy to get to Playa de Arenal. Lasting impression is the large and lovely pool.

Beautiful villa about a 10 min drive (if that) from the beach and shops/restaurants etc. Nice drive from the airport and villa is easily found. The Villa was well equipped, all bedrooms and lounge with air con and the extra shower room outside was a bonus. The photos don’t do it justice! 2 bbq’s to choose from (gas & charcoal). Kidney shaped swimming pool was the cleanest we’ve ever seen. Huge space around the pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The villa is nicely located to visit Fonts de Algar waterfalls by car and other such places. Calpe offers plenty of shops and places to eat & drink in the old town and along the beach / promenade. Overall a lovely holiday and we would definitely return, thank you.

We have just spent a month there and loved so much about this villa and the area. Just a short drive or 40 minute walk to Arenal beach which is just humming with great selection of restaurants, bars and a beautiful beach which is perfect for the children. The villa has everything you want for your stay and the outside space is wonderful. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and the outdoor kitchen and bathroom. We had such a great time, can’t wait to return.

Excellent property, we were a party of 6 three sisters with husbands (of a certain age!…we each couple having own bedroom and bathroom was perfect! Lovely pool with plenty of space. We were met by Stuart the property mgr. For check in and check out he couldn’t do enough for us, a perfect ‘concierge’. Would highly recommend!… thanks Nikki we will be back!

Having stayed in the moraira area many times over the years, this is one of the best villas out there. Great indoor space with a massive kitchen. Fabtastic outdoor space with large lawn, nice pool and covered area to get out of the sun when required....and an outside toilet! Its a short, but steep walk down to the beach, and a managable walk into moraira along the coast. Ian was a fantastic host, who replied promptly to all enquiries.

located close to the town, supermarkets and within easy walking distance of both beaches. Property is very good with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all have ensuites or close bathroom. Downstairs kitchen is ideal for food by the pool and 2 good BBQ. Plenty of seating areas in and out of the shade

The villa was lovely and has the most spectacular view. The outside space is definitely a place to chill and relax both day and night. Dealing with the owner and his brother was great, they were very helpful and made sure everything was ok. Fab villa and Moraira is also lovely.
