You can hit the local trails during the warmer months to find the perfect picnic spot. Head down to the shore for some lakeside fun and relaxation. Paddle out to explore the shoreline in a kayak or maybe something faster, like a jet ski. Revel in some nightlife with a quick trip across the border into Nevada to Harrah's Lake Tahoe.

Stepping inside the home, you'll be greeted by an expansive open main living area and wood accents. Put your feet up after a fun-filled day and flip through the cable channels on the smart TV. Make it a movie night with some hot buttered popcorn. Put a load of laundry in the private washer/dryer, then step out on the deck to enjoy a local microbrew or two. You can connect to the WiFi to find a recipe for the grill that every picky palate will love.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, ants, spiders, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
