It has a locking door between halves that allow it to be opened up for larger groups to share the entire house or sides to be kept private. It is completely furnished, with a shared laundry. It is located on a maintained county road. It offers a quiet and tranquil setting You can enjoy the wildlife in the backyard, this piece of heaven is surrounded by thousands of acres of state land for all your enjoyment hunting, fishing & snowshoeing there are marked hiking trails we are located close to all ATV & Snowmobile trails there are many all sports lakes in the surrounding area for you and your family to enjoy.

we also suggest that you either have your supplies & Groceries brought with you or stop before you get to this address.
There are local grocery stores that you pass on your adventure to this location we just recommend you purchase so you do not have to back track once you get to the house.Also we are about 7 miles from a family restaurant & Bar called the EL -BO Inn located on M-33 North Atlanta Mi there also is a small party store that offers gas and supplies next to the restaurant.

One side of the home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom that is upstairs with a deck off the master bedroom downstairs is the ,kitchen,dining room,living room with a pool table. the other side of the home has 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen,dining room & a large living room , both sides have gas grills .
There is no smoking allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside and please place your butts in containers provided. Thank you
