Our splendid and welcoming 14th century apartment gives you the essence of Cortona. It can comfortably accommodate four people and is located in the center but in a quiet street, just 50 meters from the main square.
Kitchen and bathroom recently renovated recalling the style of the house, large living room and 2 double bedrooms.
It is 50 m from the main square (Piazza del Comune) and as many from a large parking lot with attached distributor.
The nearest gas station is only 3 km away.

Located in the middle of Via Guelfa, next to an important convention center as well as the Church (Sant'Agostino), the 90 sqm apartment is very close to the main typical restaurants, pubs and services that Cortona can offer.

For a comfortable stay in the heart of Tuscany and "a stone's throw" from Umbria and the main towns:
Montepulciano 20 minutes. Arezzo, Terme di Rapolano, Pienza and Perugia 30 minutes. Siena, Chianti and Assisi at 45 minutes. Florence 80 minutes away.

Great location close to everything. Owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions or issues.Apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room. Also, the apartment has a lovely modern bath. I stayed for a month and was very comfortable.
