Finca Esmeralda is located in Partido de los Garroferos (municipality of Algorfa), about 3 kms from the town of Benijofar and about 39 kms from the Alicante International airport.
The beaches of Guardamar are only 12 km away and are surrounded by several golf courses (La Marquesa de Ciudad Quesada 5 minutes away, La Finca in Algorfa 3 minutes away, etc.)
It is an ideal place for rest and enjoy nature.
It has a private pool, mini golf, petanque, ping pong, bbq.
Possibility of hiking in the area.
Being a rural house in the countryside it is necessary to have a vehicle to move around and be able to perform any leisure activity outside the farm.

Amazing property

We had such a wonderful family holiday in the beautiful finca Esmeralda. I could not fault anything, Juan was so lovely and helpful we will definitely be going back. The outside space is more like a small hotel and the outside bar wonderful.

Celebrating Golden Wedding

The stay at Juan's villa was amazing. Pictures didn't do it justice. The Finca had everything we wanted. Only comment was after our journey it would have been nice to have some water available on arrive. Would certainty recommend .

wonderful wedding week

From start to finish a superb stay . A luxurious well equipped property , short of nothing . Anything we needed we just had to ask . Really comfy bedrooms and inside and outside seating areas , stunning well kept grounds and a really good pool . Juan Carlos was a superb host and a lovely man ( and a great cook- treated us to a paella đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź) We are already planning a return visit.

Wonderful property - takes your breath away

We had a wonderful ten nights at Esmeralda. We were a group of seven (parents and five teenagers). The house is vast and beautifully finished and furnished. But it’s the outside areas that are really spectacular. Juan-Carlos is delightful and swift to deal with any issue (we had no serious issues, all very minor). The property is enclosed by working farmland, so very private but also a little isolated. The immediate area is a little uninspiring, but it is only a short drive to some nice enough areas. Although, we didn’t really ever want to go out, given the amazing amenities we had at the house. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing villa!!Could not have picked a more fabulous place to host friends and family for a combined big anniversary/birthday event.No-one got bored of their surroundings, and there is plenty space to do your own thing through the day so not on top of each other. On the 'party' night, we had Juan's delicious paella, and danced into the wee small hours outside (with no neighbours to bother). It was THE perfect place for a big group to be, and will stay in all our memories for many years.The accommodation was first class, with everything you could possibly need for a comfort stay. And outside definitely has the WOW factor!!!!I really can't recommend this villa, or its host Juan, highly enough. And if you want a break from cooking or driving at night, the local taxi service was very reliable for taking us to, and picking us up from, Algorfa village and Los Montesinos. I'm now trying to come up with another reason to celebrate so I can book again!!!! Many thanks to Juan and his team for all the hard work and care they put into making this the perfect venue.

Beautiful..

This holiday was more than we could have hoped for. The location for us was perfect, and the property is stunning, although you do need a car. Juan Carlos was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was everything he described it as and more and we are definitely planning a return trip if it is still available.
