Destin Towers is everything you are looking for in Destin‼️ There are only 3 condos per floor (45 total condos in the complex) in this gated community which creates a less crowded beach experience. 😍😍This 2BR/2BA was remodeled in January 2020! Located over the pool and hot tub, the complex is loaded with the extras....2 grills for your cookout 🍔🔥🌭and a tennis court🎾 (bring your own rackets and tennis balls). Destin Towers is right across the street from Big Kahuna’s Water Park. It s also walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and a Fish Market (grill comes in here).

10/10 Recommend!This was the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed at in Destin! The host was kind and very attentive. Communication was great! The check in and check out process was a breeze! We can’t find one thing we did not like. The property was right on the beach with an amazing beach view, the pool was clean and nice. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that has a host who communicates well in a nice timely manner. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great for families and the convenience of a beach front property makes it very easy with kids. Super clean, quick response communication, and very nice hosts. Quiet at night, stocked amenities, and enough comfortable beds for everyone. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful view. Very nice condo, very neat and tidy. Hosts were wonderful to work with and even were able to provide a service to decorate for my sweet wife's birthday. Such a wonderful surprise for her. Do not hesitate to rent from these folks.

We just got back from a weeks stay and generally speaking was very happy with the condo. The views were amazing and space was exactly as described. Quiet community, grounds were maintained fairly well and property is gated and all entrances require an access code to enter. Plenty of onsite parking, all secured and well lit. Communication with the host (property mgr) was very good. Instructions were clear in the unit, no complaints whatsoever. The private beach was very nice. The chair and umbrella service is a racket. 55 for 2 chairs and an umbrella per day. Same fee if you arrive at 9am and keep the chairs all day or if you arrive at 4 and stay for just one hour. I liked the way that the host explained what household items would be available. It’s important to note that what they say they will provide is all that is provided. Do not assume. Items like salt, pepper, basic kitchen seasonings were not available. There are no cleaning supplies, sponges, countertop cleaner, etc. Kitchen doesn’t have hand towels, so buy extra paper towels. While it was disclosed when check in information was sent that beach gear isn’t provided, having no portable beach chairs was a real negative. This is the first beach rental I’ve stayed at that did not have anything for the beach. If you rent chairs on the beach, the rental is 9 -5 pm so if you want to stay later you are left without a chair. Beach towels are also not provided. Overall, a great trip in a nice rental.
