Cedar is a spacious and charming 2 bedroom first floor apartment with all the essentials you need for the perfect self-catering holiday getaway! This apartment has been designed with modern and stylish touches throughout offering a relaxing environment for holiday makers. There’s an option to cook in your fully equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting / dining area, perfect to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. There is a master bedroom with en-suite facilities, twin room (choice of Twin or Super King Bed) with elevated views over the town and a contemporary family bathroom. The french doors let in an abundance of light, and on sunny days you can throw them open and step onto your very own furnished roof terrace for a breath of fresh air and alfresco dining as you take in the stunning views.
Cedar has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 4 people plus a baby. It is a 1st floor apartment. The facilities include:

Dove Court occupies a large corner plot and enjoys an open aspect in all directions, with views of the pretty seaside town of Shanklin to the downs. It comprises five stylish 1 and 2 bed apartments. So if Cedar isn't available for your preferred dates, check out Ash, Elm, Bay or Fir. All apartments have their own furnished terrace, patio or balcony; parking; and access to landscaped communal gardens and bike storage.

During the school summer holiday our change over day is Friday and our minimum stay is seven days. But at all other times we offer short breaks with a minimum of three days and we can also offer longer lets.
The location is excellent, close to the town, Downs and beach, and suitable for families:
• 5 minute walk to Shanklin Seafront with its golden beach, mini golf, amusement arcades, beach cafés, pubs and restaurants.
• 5 minute walk to Shanklin’s main shopping area, railway station, and bus station.
• 7 minute walk to Shanklin Old Village with its characterful pubs, restaurants and gift shops.
• 3 minute walk to the cliff path which leads to the resort of Sandown, with hotels and cafés along the way.
The apartments at Dove Court are no smoking apartments. Unfortunately, we can't accept pets.

Great location. Not far from buses and the train. My husband and I walked to the beach, the old village and the chine. The apartment was spotless and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

From our first impression as we pulled up outside, to the time we left, there was nothing to criticise. The apartment was beautifully clean and well maintained, fully equipped with everything you might need and the balcony was the icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend.

Cedar apartment at Dove Court is a very well equipped & comfortable holiday let. We are a couple but the apartment had everything to cater for 4 adult guests. Shanklin is a lovely place to stay - provided you are mobile - as it is quite hilly wherever you go. The apartment is about equidistant from the seafront & the old village & is situated in a quiet location. There are many places to visit & enjoy across the island.
Highly recommended.

We stayed for the first time at dove court, what a lovely place ! Fantastic location and very friendly and helpful service. Great location for beach and town. Tolle Wohnung in angenehmer Wohnlage
Als eine der ersten Mieter haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der brandneu eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir haben viel die Wohnküche genutzt ( Kleine Abstriche: Nur die Silberplatte hinter dem Herd hatte schon einige Reinigungsspuren. Insgesamt hätten wir uns noch etwas mehr Geschirr gewünscht: Große Schüsseln, Eierbecher). Genial war die lange Balkon, den wir allerdings auch gegen Möwen verteidigen mussten) Strand und Stadt sind fußläufig angenehm bequem in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wichtig für unsere Tochter (17) war der Wlan-Anschluss. Wir behalten die Wohnung in bester Erinnerung.
