Perfect villa in the perfect location

Amazing house all to ourselves with stunning views and private pool, and room to park more than one car! The owner is fantastic- respected our privacy but was available right away when needed. There is a tiny village just two minutes walk with restaurant and small alimentary. Hiking also nearby. You will not be disappointed here - absolutely perfect slice of Tuscany in easy reach of great destinations.

Words are not enough

This villa is all that is promised and more. The ladies that greeted us on arriving were sweet and welcoming. The house itself is incredible. So much attention has gone into every detail to make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the pool area was perfect. Every room wakes up to the best views of Tuscany. Centrally located we were able to reach all the cities in the area. Antico Borgo was a delicious restaurant at the top of the hill. Our hostesses outdo themselves with kindness. Loved our stay there.

Wonderful

Manuela was great. She made sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly like the photos. The location is remote and just what we wanted. I would recommend this home to all. 5 Stars!!!!!!!! Minor fine points that we were unaware of but small in consequence: There is a 6 Euro charge per person not included in the price and an upcharge for the AC. The house is very cool and has great windows. Not much need for AC.

Words cannot describe this beautiful property!

What a gem! The villa was perfect for the 5 of us, more than we expected. Spacious, clean, and well equipped with the most wonderful, well-maintained swimming pool overlooking the valley. The location was ideal for sightseeing as we were able to easily make trips with 30 mins to 1 hour to Florence, Volterra, Siena and San Gimignano to name a few, but the tranquility of this wonderful holiday home made it difficult to tear ourselves away. Manuela our host and her daughter, Valentina were more than accommodating and helpful in many ways, including arranging travel from the villa to Florence for one of the family members, to suggesting restaurants and arranging a wine tour. We highly recommend this property and will certainly like to return in the future. Thank you, Manuela

Dejligt hus i hyggelige og rolige omgivelser. Huset var velindrettet, med alt hvad der var brug for. Dejligt poolområde, men vi kunne ønske et par liggestole yderligere. Alt var rent og pænt. Byen var rigtig hyggelig og det var dejligt at kunne få fat i fornødenheder. Der var god kontakt til værten, men vi kunne ønske os at de ikke var helt så synlige på ejendommen alle dage.

Thank you, and I would be very happy to host you again if you’d like... I apologize if it seemed like I was around the property too much; I normally try to be as unobtrusive as possible, accessing the villa when no one is around... but unfortunately, there are tasks I have to attend to periodically, such as removing the trash, watering the plants, and testing and cleaning the pool.

Idyllisk villa med smuk beliggenhed.

La Sassolina er en fantastisk autentisk pool villa. Fra den rummelige villa er der flot udsigt udover området med den charmerende by Volterra i horisonten. Poolen har en rigtig god størrelse og rundt om huset findes hyggelige og skyggefulde oaser. Et stort plus er de fire badeværelser, så hvert soveværelse har deres eget.Villaen er beliggende i den lille hyggelige og autentiske landsby Iano, hvor der findes et lille lokalt butik med brødsalg og en rigtig god restaurant. Større supermarked findes i den hyggelige by Montaione små 15 minutter væk i bil. Der findes en del, dårlig skiltet, vandreruter i området og ikke langt derfra ligger et ridecenter. Vandreruten til den lille kirke med det flotte udsigtspunkt kan i sær anbefales.Værterne Manuela og Roberto er fantastiske. De hjælper og gør alt hvad de kan for at gøre ens ophold så perfekt som muligt.

la villa idéale

Nous étions 7 adultes. Grande maison soignée aux espaces très bien distribués ( 4 chambres avec 4 salles d'eau et WC). Jardin fleuri et arboré, aménagé autour de la piscine (prof. 1,20m). Manuela, la propriétaire, est aux petits soins pour ses invités, avant et pendant le séjour. Iano est un tout petit hameau avec un 'Alimentari' basique et un bar-restaurant à la bonne cuisine locale. La belle campagne toscane à perte de vue !

Entspannte Tage in der Toskana

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr sauber, sehr aufmerksame Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Viele interessante Orte der Toskana gut zu erreichen. Für die Anreise würde ich empfehlen, eine Karte mit der genauen Anfahrt zu versenden.
