We stayed here over the balloon fiesta. We found it to be a quiet place to stay. Covered parking was great. The house was well supplied with all the basics for laundry, cleaning, TP, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware and seasonings. Would stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Nice overall, a bit smaller than expected
The property was clean and nice with beautiful plantings in a garden outside the picture window. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the pictures make it seem bigger than it is.
House was just right for two woman for the week, owner was helpful with accommodation and even brought us chairs from another property. A little tricky with parking in the rear but we figured it out.
A charming 2BR location to stay while exploring Albuquerque. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Covered parking space and open patio area very nice to have. Owner kindly communicates with visitors. We look forward to coming back in the future.
I came to visit my son for a few days and since he works from home, I thought it would be best to get my own place so I don't interrupt his work space. Doug's place was perfect!! It was central to everything, very clean and had everything needed to make my stay comfortable. I even was able to make my son a home cooked authentic German dinner which he misses since moving to Albuquerque. The area was very quiet and I never felt unsafe. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus!!! The beds were very comfy and the place itself was spotless. This will definitely be my place to stay when visiting my son.
We were in town to meet our newest addition to the family, baby Mac! The property was as advertised, nicely appointed kitchen, bedrooms we're comfortable with great mattresses, bathroom was clean with nice towels. The only slightly confusing part was finding the keypad entry, which was behind a white security screen door. Once we found that door was not locked, could see the keypad entry. The location was perfect, close to the airport, area coffee houses and grocery nearby. Loved having the patio & grill, so we could have a 4th of July cook out! Thanks for a lovely trip!
While the description about the location could definitely be more clear, once we found it and got in, it was just what we needed, as expected. It is the third unit away from the street, not visible from where we parked. The security gate was accidentally locked, so we couldn’t get in per the directions, but a someone was sent over to let us in. An honest mistake, im sure!

Great place to stay but bring your own pillow
I really liked the home, but it would benefit with some better pillows. After the third night, I had a stiff neck. ( We stayed four nights.)
Benefits of the house: VERY CLEAN! The kitchen was well organized and supplies what you need if you don’t plan to prepare large meals. Towels and bedding was very good (except for the pillows). Xfinity TV and Internet provided. A/C and heat works great. The neighborhood is quiet and parking was easy.
Down sides: As I mentioned, the pillows need to be replaced and there were a few items in the kitchen that I wished had been there because I prepared several meals. But we got by just fine. Furniture is minimal and really suited for only two or three people, four is a crowd.
I would stay here again.

Pillows are from Costco. This is the first negative pillow review I have ever received. I change out the linens yearly along with the pillows. Can’t do much more than that.

False advertising!
The apartment is clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the back yard is a nice extra. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is OK, but it is not the Nob Hill neighborhood highlighted in the ads for the rental. This is blatant false advertising. The apartment is in fact at least half a mile from Nob Hill. We knew where we wanted to stay and we were very disappointed! There was only one decent restaurant within walking distance and no place to walk for a morning coffee. We were told we could take public transportation anywhere in Albuquerque but this comes with some risk: several people we met there warned us that it not safe to take the bus. Our own experience and what we learned on the Net confirmed this.

Frank, the address you stayed at was 329 Madison NE. It is exactly 3 blocks from Route 66. Where Madison meets Route 66 is where the welcome to Nob Hill Arch is located . Nob Hill goes from Route 66 north past the home you stayed in and up to Lomas Boulevard. I'm sorry if VRBO showed you a miss leading position. I have no control over that. VRBO does not show the exact position because they think we may try to rent to you directly. You missed Starbucks coffee at the corner of Lomas and Washington? That is definitely walkable. El Cervantes restaurant is two blocks north and two blocks east. O'Neills pub is three blocks south and three blocks west. And as far as the bus is concerned, I ride it all the time and I don't understand what you're afraid of. Wealthy people don't ride the bus in small towns. So you should expect most of the passengers to be people of modest means. All the buses have at least 5 security cameras and all the bus lines have security guards. I read the newspaper and have never heard of any issues on the bus Did you actually go on one of the buses? Trip advisor highly recommends the public transportation system of Albuquerque.
Albuquerque is a great dynamic town. Don't let Frank's negativity discourage you onstaying here
We had a very enjoyable stay and Doug was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is walkable and close to some great spots (brewery, coffee...etc). Would highly recommend.
My friend and I booked this rental to stay at while we worked remotely/vacationed in ABQ for 2+ Weeks. It was a wonderful little home and was exactly what we needed! The property was very clean and in a great location, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants/entertainment. With Doug as the property manager, you could not go wrong with booking this place for your next stay in New Mexico!
My sister and I stayed for 2 months while she had chemo and radiation nearby. It suited our needs perfectly. Everything you need is provided to include soaps and spices. Mattress, pillows and linens are wonderful. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Sprouts, Walgreens, Walmart and central Ave shops. Nice small fenced backyard and on premises W/D. Would definitely stay again.
We were there for business and gone all day. We needed a place to do paperwork come the evening. The dining room table was in a very dark corner with no appropriate lighting. The kitchen was really well lit by contrast. The picture showed outdoor lounging area but it was a common area in front of another apartment. Lastly, we needed one more bathroom, so that was my fault for not paying enough attention. The best part was covered, off-street parking! I have a new truck and it was full of tools, so that gave me piece of mind.

John was told before he checked in that this unit was not available. He chose to stay in a different building than the one that is listed here. It has the same footprint but not as modern. I gave him a price discount to make this concession. The kitchen in this listing has recessed kitchen lighting. He never told me he needed workspace lighting. I would have been happy to bring over a work desk and additional lighting.
This property in Albuquerque was well maintained, clean, updated and in a very good location. The neighborhood was quiet and the back yard protected from the wind. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and downtown. Enjoyed staying here. The owner was very responsive and answered questions promptly. Would stay here again.
