Beware of this property. The photos are not the property you rent. It is similar to poor student accommodation. Dirty. AC not working, broken drawers, missing curtains. Filthy pool loungers and very very dated. See photos and compare to the advert. Avoid

Villa are as clean and need comfortable, beds fine and pol area good but inside de was disappointing, needs care and security poor when si close to strip. Shared gate meant r not secure, next door burgled and some idiot bouncing on roof of our hire car. Would not return. Steer clear unless all you want is an unsecure bed.

While the villa was clean, it wasn't what we had seen on the pictures.There was no futons, so when we arrived, there wasn't enough beds for the 11 that were staying there.There was only 10 sun beds.A lot of the furniture was in bad condition, broken drawers, rusty washing machine.Ants in a couple of the bedrooms. No hot water in 1 of the shower rooms.Only 3 wine glasses.Mould in one of the bedrooms. Air con in that room didnt work.It should have been made clear when we arrived that the transfer from the airport would not be able to drive to the villa. We were dropped off about 200 metres from the villa so had to walk with our cases, which would have been ok, but trying to find the villa was difficult. It would help to have a little map to help new guests in our situation. We emailed the host the following day with a list of complaints, and thankfully they were quick to come and rectify a few of the issues, couple of fold up beds and sun beds etc. But I am sad to say we were all so disappointed from the arrival, that our 4 nights away were still not as good as we hoped.

Brilliant 4 days in the villa.. location was a massive hit 30 secs away from the main strip in new town.. old town 10 mins in a taxi.. villa lovely and spacious and pool and loungers were great. Jim the host was spot on and great communication and organised transfers to and from the villa so was totally hassle free

Property is in a great location, very close to the strip but you can’t hear it at night. Sun loungers and pool are great. Inside the villa could do with a freshen up, but we were never in apart from to sleep.Jim was a great host and answered all questions I had, he made the whole process easy.

We were just off if the new town strip. Not too close that you here the music if you need to sleep. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect villa for a group of 10 for a stag do. Villa had everything we needed, perfect location being 2 minute walk from main strip. Taxis into old town being below 5 as well. Constant communication throughout with Jim. Would recommend.

Hen party stay

Can’t fault the stay. The communication with Jim the host was amazing. He sorted us out with transfers and a place to stay on our last day while we waited to go to the airport. Location was spot on. Close enough to walk to the bars, shops and restaurants but far enough away that it didn’t disturb your time. The villa felt isolated and closed in for privacy and we loved it. Was clean and better than the pics!

Great stay

Villa in good condition, nice rooms/beds and great location for beach/food/nightlife. Slight downside was filter/pump on pool didn’t seem to work so quite a lot of leaves etc collected in the pool. Didn’t spend much time in it so didn’t contact manager but maybe if a net was left at the property this would help in future. Overall good stay and would recommend.

Brilliant, everyone very helpful. Jim is a excellent host. An example is our boiler and electric broke on one of the days and within hours it was fully fixed. Would highly recommend Jim and his team.
