About this property

Finca Felix is a beautiful rustic villa and is built in the style of an old Canarian finca. The villa is situated in a perfect location in Lajares. The main house has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a flat screen television and a spacious round dining table suitable for 6 people. From the living room there is an open passage to the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and all cooking utensils to prepare delicious meals. The main house has two spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds that can be put together. The modern bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink with a large mirror. At the back of the house there is a second small apartment, which is adjacent to the private non-heated pool or 7x3m. The separate apartment has a flat screen TV, including an open kitchenette and a separate bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds which can be put together if needed. All bedrooms have large wardrobes. It is possible to use your Netflix account.

Around the house there are sun beds, but there are also shady spots available. The terrace at the pool is out of the wind which makes it very pleasant in the winter. On the terraces there are some hammocks hanging to chill out. The garden has a nice atmosphere. Lounging by the pool in the evening you can watch fabulous sunsets. The finca is situated in a quiet area in Lajares and within walking distance of the nice bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, supermarket, cash point and surf shops. Lajares is 10 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches and center of Corralejo and the Grandes Playas / dunes.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung und sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter

Das Ferienhaus ist super sauber und hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, somit kaum von außen einsehbar und für Fremde nicht zugänglich. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird einmal die Woche von einem Profi gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Schon im voraus war ein zuverlässiger E-Mail Verkehr vorhanden. Vor Ort waren sie immer erreichbar und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Kurz gesagt, alles perfekt, wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank Jan und Afke für die tolle Zeit trotz den Schwierigkeiten, welche die Corona-Pandemi mit sich brachte.

Wunderschöne Finca, rustikal und modern gleichermaßen

Wir hatten mit 6 Personen einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Finca Felix. Jan war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und daran interessiert das wir uns wohlfühlten. Das Haupthaus und das Apartment waren sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Sehr gute Betten, eine moderne Küche und ein sonniger Pool. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig, und Erholung ist garantiert.

Highly Recommended!

We were staying in Oct. 2019 in the house of Jan and Afke in Fuerteventura. It was one of the best stays for us on the island, and we were there 5 times. We have been treated with the best service from the hosts side. The main house for us and kids (2 parents+2 kids (5 and 7 year old) and the guest house (where are inlaws stayed) were in perfect condition, decorated with taste, care and love, very clean and cozy. The house is in a very quiet location, though not far from the cozy town of Lajares, with great choice of food and drinks. I was very impressed with the hosts, because they really took a good care of us, asking along the way if we need something and left a lot of supplies. The cherry on top was when I forgot my personal documents at the house and they told us about it and actually sent it back to Switzerland. Very cool, pleasant and caring hosts. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful

The house has all the traditional charm with all modern confort. Location is great, the best in Lajares. Quiet and peaceful but close enough to shops. Absolutely beautiful stay.
