We absolutely love Gulf Shores and this unit was top notch!!! Plenty of room for 10 of us including the grandkids. The pools was great as always and even though Bertha took a few days from us we still had an awesome experience!!! Will be back to this unit next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in Phoenix 1204. The condo was clean and the view was amazing. We had a couple of small issues early on, but maintenance was at our door within minutes and fixed everything to our satisfaction. Really like the stand-alone ice machine as it more than handled our needs for seven adults. The water slide at the pool was also a lot of fun...even for adults! Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

The condo was not over crowded and the parking was always easy. The kids enjoyed the pools. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place!

We have stayed at a larger 4 bedroom condo, but we liked this one better. It was plenty big, with seating for everyone, but the elevators ran quickly and the beach wasn't overcrowded.

This property was very nice! I wish there was more than starter packs so we wouldn’t have to go shopping for toilet paper and other necessary amenities, but overall we really enjoyed it!

Family vacation

We had a great time. Condo is beautiful and meet our needs. Kids enjoyed the pool, slide and beach the most. Looking forward to coming back. Great time of year to come as it wasn’t overly crowded anywhere.

Perfect Week

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as the floor to ceiling windows in the dining/sitting area. Perfect vacation spot

We had the absolute best vacation here. We did a friends vacation so we have 6 adults and 5 children. The location was great for beach access, walking distance from restaurants (less than mile), and entertainment for everyone. The place was clean, had plenty of cookware and towels, and seating. We will definitely be back!
