Plenty of space for a family of 8.

Plenty of space for a family of 8. Fantastic sea views. Comfortable beds and well equipped utility room, perfect for sandy clothes and wetsuits! Great to have two parking spaces and only 15 mins walk to shops. Well equipped kitchen and new appliances. Only down side is all the stairs! The house is over 4 floors so there is a lot of climbing up and down - This house is not for the elderly or those with mobility issues. But overall a lovely modern spacious house which we would recommend for any family holidaying in Newquay. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Superb property.

Superb property. Good location - 5 minute walk to shops, 10 mins to harbour and beaches, 15 mins to Fistral Bay. Lovely house - nice furnishings, well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Sunshine on the roof terrace most of the day. Only possible improvement would be thicker curtains but this wouldn’t stop me returning to this fabulous house. We had the best time on our holiday. Was very happy with the house it was beautiful waking up and watching the sea. Only thing we would have wished we could have got in before 5pm abs checked out a little later. Other than that we can’t fault the stay. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We spent an amazing week in Newquay and really liked our accommodation.

We spent an amazing week in Newquay and really liked our accommodation. The only thing to object is that the water heater in one of the downstairs rooms is a bit noisy. Nevertheless, we would book the accommodation again.

What a lovely place - extremely convenient as it's less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house itself has everything you need and we felt at home straight away. There are a lot of stairs so you work off your pasties and cream teas! We hope to return.

Had a great holiday, lovely place to stay, plenty of room for us 4 adults 3 children and a dog. Sea views were great. Very clean and modern. Lots of beach things like body boards , windshields ,buckets and spades etc left by owners to borrow which was great. Handy for the town centre. Would recommend and definiteLyon stay again.
