About this property

Lake Tahoe Modern Mountain-Walk to 2 beaches, restaurants, Edgewood and Casinos!

Recently built five bedroom townhouse in Stateline, Nevada. Our lovely newer townhouse is situated in the Lake Village community. Our townhouse borders the forest, with amazing trails that lead to both Nevada beach and round hill pines beach, both are within walking distance. Our townhouse is also within a mile of the casinos and Safeway grocery store.
Our amazing community pool and hot tub are open from 10 am till 8 pm! During winter and spring months, only the hot tub will be available.

Our townhouse has three levels, five bedrooms, multiple living and family areas, including a large sectional couch and many large smart televisions. Also, our townhouse includes a large cooks kitchen on the main level, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. You will also have access to two decks off of the master bedroom and the Jr. Master bedroom. Views of the bordering forest can be seen from both decks and all windows.

Our townhouse includes brand new appliances and use of our Samsung smart full capacity stackable washer and dryer, right off of the kitchen as well as laundry soap and fabric softener for renters use.

There is a workout room on top level with fitness equipment, treadmill, weights, bands, yoga mat, foam roller etc. that you are welcome to use.

Renters will be issued parking passes by lake village office for 2 vehicles.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect SLT townhouse for big group!

Amazing summer townhouse! We had a group of 10 adults & everyone fit just fine! Great community pool! The AC is a big help too! Would highly recommend!

Home was ready for us early and had great accommodation's. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had great tools for our use. Beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Pickleball courts are also available. Beautiful scenery!

Family fun

We wanted a place to bring our family to play in the snow and relax together - this property did just that. The home is well furnished; with plenty of beds and bathrooms The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. The location is close to snow parks, skiing, and casinos - something for everyone. The host was very gracious to us and very responsive by email. We made some new memories that will be lasting for sure.

Spacious and convenient

Amy's VRBO was a great place to stage our ski trip. Less than a mile from Heavenly's gondola. The rooms were pretty spacious and it was nice having a fully stocked place. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was unavailable during our trip due to limited weekday hours and no HOA staff working the weekend. Would stay again!

Winter getaway

We loved the location of this property, super convenient! Grocery store nearby, snow mobiles and tubing within 5 min, lots of Door Dash options (no indoor dining for a group of our size due to COVID), lots of bedrooms, host had fantastic communication! Because it is an occupied home, we were a bit anxious of overstepping (closets, fridge, full of owners belonging), but overall it was a 10/10 vacation!

Great location, good for families

We loved the layout of the house with all the large bedrooms and each floor having it’s own private bathroom. Location was super close to Boulder Lodge Heavenly for skiing, perfect for us as we were there most of the weekend with the kids skiing. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Great experience all around

Amy couldn’t have been nicer and the home was very much as advertised. Check-in was easy and instructions for the rental were straightforward and simple. Amy was in contact with me throughout to make sure we were properly accomodated (which we were!). Lovely, safe, quiet community and a great property all around.

Nice place, good location

Comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our big group. Hot tub is a nice addition, just be prepared for a bit of a walk, or drive to the clubhouse instead. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient, and plenty of space for multiple cars. We appreciated that the house had everything we needed. The dining area is small. Slightly inconvenient that we had to run three loads of laundry to wash all the towels before checking out. Overall, we enjoyed the house and our trip was great.

We had a great stay and Amy was awesome host!

We celebrated New Year in this house and everything was great! We had 4 families with little kids in our group and everyone had a lot of fun. Upstairs room has lots of ars&crafts supplies - crayons, playdough, colors + lego sets etc. - so our kids were always busy. Amy was a great host. We were welcomed with a bottle of fine to celebrate our arrival. Amy stopped by on our first day to give us a tour of the house and otherwise was always available on the phone for any questions. She's just the sweetest person! Location is perfect, Heavenly resort is just minutes away. Plus casinos, restaurants, hikes, lake etc. It just doesn't get better. Community is quiet and safe. I wish there was TV downstairs - as a group we spent most of the time in the downstair/kitchen area, while TV was upstairs or in master bedroom - so we had to figure out the way to use computer to watch the New Year's ball drop and football games. Also, something to be aware of: Amy's family lives in this house, so it is very well kept and has virtually everything you might need (especially if you're planning to cook). But there's almost no storage space: drawers and closets are marked with "owners items" signs, the fridge has food items in it and so on. This didn't bother us at all, but I thought it was worth mentioning. All in all, we loved the house

Our home is uniquely situated near the forest, just 5 minutes from Lake Tahoe beaches and the beautiful Sierra Mountains with Heavenly ski resort just 5 min. away as well.
