Our beautiful granite house dating from 1886. You can spend with family or friends moments very pleasant. Quiet, it is ideal for families with children, surrounded by a fenced park of 4000 m2 and located 400 meters from the popular beach of Sainte Marguerite where access by car is increasingly difficult.
The sandy beach of Sainte Marguerite offers children's beach clubs, a sailing school and non-smoking areas.
Fully equipped, you can make great BBQ, bowling, etc ...

The property was absolutely wonderful, a real family home with beautiful period features surrounded by nature. It was the perfect setting for us to host friends and family in this lovely setting. We’d love to return!

I’d recommend this as a holiday rental. The house is charming, the beach is perfect and Sandrine is professional and very nice. The WiFi is awful, but who cares? 10/10.

Très jolie demeure excellement équipée. Dommage que les plantations qui bordent les terrasses soient fanées. C'est le seul bémol de la maison. Pour le reste, tout s'est très bien passé. Quand il fait caniculaire, des ventilateurs feraient du bien...

Urlaub im Grünen

Wer Vintage Häuser mag und mit Haustier reist, ist hier genau richtig. Das Grundstück ist großzügig und die vielen Bäume spenden auch an heißen Tagen kühlen Schatten. Es liegt an einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Grundriss und der Zuschnitt der Sanitärräume ist ungewöhnlich, für einen Urlaub aber ok. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Check-In und Check-Out war reibungslos. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Pornichet verbracht.

Comme à la maison avec la mer en plus

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine de détente en famille avec notre chien. C’était très agréable, assez grand pour que chacun puisse s’isoler quand il en avait envie. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le parc, la proximité de la mer.

Wohnen im eigenen Park

Unser Aufenthalt mit großem Hund war in diesem Objekt mit seinem 4000 m2 Park hervorragend verlaufen. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet. Bei gutem Wetter ist man draußen. Von Vorteil wären Auflagen für die Liegestühle. Das WLan im Gebäude ist sehr schwach und könnte mit geringem Aufwand verstärkt werden. Der Kontakt mit Sandrine war sehr angenehm. Bei kleinen Problemen (zB leere Gasflasche) hat Sie sofort geholfen und war immer ansprechbar.

Ein Traum am Meer

Dieses wundervolle Haus auf einem parkartigen Grundstück befindet sich direkt in Laufweite des Strandes St Magerite. Es ist eine alte Villa mit verschiedenen Teilen aus unterschiedlichen Baujahren. Das Haus ist wunderbar und besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt wird abgerundet durch Sandrine s wundervolle Betreuung. 1 Stern Abzug in der Bewertung von Sauberkeit, denn wir entdeckten Katzenhaare, die wohl die Besitzerin des Hauses verursachte. Das Problem war schnell gelöst. Alles in allem volle Punktzahl für dieses fantastische Refugium.

sejour Pornivet à l'Avocette

Nous avons été très bien accueillit par Sandrine dans cette petite maison de charme typique de Pornichet dans son superbe parc. A 2 minutes à pied de la plage de Sainte Marguerite et accès proche des commerces en voiture. En plus, lieu très accueillant pour 2 chiens avec parc clos.

Belle villa, superbe parc

Très bonne semaine dans cette maison bien équipée et très agréable. Le jardin/fôret est superbe, on peut s'y balader (toute petite balade, mais quand même, entre deux pluies, c'est apréciable). Très au calme, bonne literie, l'étage chambre+salon isolé était un plus dans notre configuration.

Ganz tolles Haus mit parkähnlichem Garten

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, es mangelt an nichts. Der parkähnliche Garten mit vielen alten Bäumen liefert angenehmen Schatten und ladet zum Wandeln in ihm ein. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden es auf jeden Fall immer wieder selber buchen.

Cher Francis Merci beaucoup pour votre avis. Le parc est entretenu en permanence. Nous sommes dans un site classé où nous n’avons pas l’autorisation de couper des arbres. Toutes les propriétés anciennes autour de nous sont dans la même configuration de paysage. Et ce qui fait la beauté de notre jardin de 4000 m2 ce sont ses arbres centenaires. Nous sommes désolés pour l’incident de l’arbre.

Comme une maison de famille!

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines à l’Avocette cet été en famille. Ce fut très agréable, la maison est calme, située à 6 mn à pied de la plage (on entend les vagues depuis la chambre le soir!). Et le parc entourant la maison est un vrai luxe, qui a fait le bonheur des enfants! Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien dans cette maison, comme si nous étions dans une maison de famille. Certes, elle est ancienne et certains meubles ne sont pas de toute jeunesse (le canapé dans le salon TV par exemple), mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent moment et d’y vivre agréablement. Une mention spéciale pour l’équipement de la cuisine: tout y est! Du mixeur au batteur, en passant par le robot marie! Idéal pour les amateurs de cuisine et la cuisine de toute la famille :) Enfin, merci à Sandrine qui nous a accueillis avec bonne humeur et gentillesse. Bref, 3 semaines très agréables dans une maison accueillante et chaleureuse :)
