As the combination of two separate rentals - Breezy Palms and Tropical Charm, this getaway can be booked separately for smaller groups, or together for everyone to enjoy.

The Spanish-tiled floors and comfy leather couches invite you to come lounge after a long day on the water. Surf the cable channels on the flatscreen HDTV while the washer/dryer takes care of the laundry. Pop in a DVD and get everyone together for a laughter-filled movie night.

On hot Florida days, the central A/C will keep you nice and cool while you plan your next adventure. Put on some background music on the stereo while you connect to the WiFi to send off that last work email.

Make yourself a tropical cocktail and head out on the deck to take in the water views and unwind in the sea breeze. Grab the fresh catch of the day and fire up the gas BBQ to grill up a delicious dish for the whole crew. Keep the party outside with some tunes and a night cap as the stars come out.

If grilling isn't your thing, you'll have access to two kitchens so dinner will be done in half the time. With plenty of seating and dining options, everyone will be able to spread out and enjoy the meal.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
