Dear Tobias, we are sorry about this incident. However, we'd like to confirm once again that your reservation was cancelled automatically for not meeting the minimum stay policy. We'd like to confirm once again that Hosteeva is a multinational and a multicultural company where racism or homophobia have no place at all. If there are minimum stay requirements then the same policy applies equally to all the guests and we cannot ignore those rules.
