The villa is located in a closed road, it is independent with a garden on 4 sides and a private and direct descent to the sea (rocks not sand). It is located on one level with the exception of the annex. The villa is located facing the sea, and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the gulf from a large terrace.

2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower).

In the depandance: single room with living room (single sofa bed + pull-out bed that becomes a double bed next to it), kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

The waves seems to whisper

Super relaxing holidays. The location was quiet and silent. The view was amazing. Having dinner at sunset with the sea view on the patio was incredible.

Fabulous Holiday

What a fabulous villa for a holiday by the sea in Sardinia. Monica was especially helpful in preparations and planning for the holiday. The villa itself has stunning views across the bay especially at sunset - and a lovely veranda to enjoy them from. The garden, roof and even by the sea has a large selection of sun beds to relax on. It is a steep climb down to the sea, but the water is crystal clear and a fabulous swim/snorkel. Sadly the wind got up for one of our days there that made swimming and the veranda a bit rough but we found alternative locations. Strongly recommended!

Dream House!

This vacation home was amazing- it is difficult to figure out what to praise first! There are so many wonderful things about this home and its location. The photos on VRBO are accurate but the house is much better in reality than the photos. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is so much to observe from there! Sailboats and boats coming in and out of the cove, fleeting glimpses of dolphins, views of two beaches, swallows, tortoises, paddle boarders, people swimming and snorkeling. All this is going on below, but the house is very private. The garden is large The house was immaculately clean and well- decorated in a very Italian/Mediterranean style. There are plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, but very good restaurants within a couple kilometers if you want a break from cooking. We got a lot of exercise by walking around the area- be sure to use the many pedestrian staircases to avoid always walking on the road. You can walk to the nearest beach in less than 10 minutes by walking down the road and then a staircase. We mostly swam and snorkeled at the house by going down the house’s private staircase. We also were able to rent an inflatible paddleboard (SUP) and kayak in Cagliari that we used many times, though carrying them (in a backpack) up and down the stairs was a “great” workout. Monica, the host, was available at all times via texting, and provided us with a great deal of information before and during our trip.

Ein traumhaftes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Am Tage auf der Terrasse mit kühlem Wind, wird der Wind zu stark, kann man in den schönen Innenhof ausweichen.Tolle Aussendusche. Teller Tassen, Töpfe sind reichlich vorhanden.Perfekte unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Host, Monica. Wir wollten nicht wieder nach Hause.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in schönem Haus mit atemberaubenden Meerblick und direktem Zugang zum Meer

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage direkt über dem Meer mit Dachterrasse, herrlicher Aussicht und spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen sowie direkten Zugang zum Meer über eine zugegeben recht lange und steile Treppe. Der Einstieg ins Wasser geht über Felsen und erfordert eine gewisse körperliche Fitness. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut mit reichlich Geschirr und sogar einer Kaffeetabmaschine. Das Platzangebot für 8 Erwachsene im Haus/am Esstisch auf der Terrasse ist angemessen, bei zehn erwachsenen Personen wird es dann wohl schon etwas eng. Sehr positiv waren die reichlich vorhandenen Sonnenliegen - es gab zu jeder Tageszeit sowohl schattige als auch sonnige Bereiche. Auch Strandtücher wurden hausseits gestellt. Was zu wünschen wäre, wären ein paar mehr Handtuchhaken sowie Kosmetikeimer für Hygieneabfälle in den Bädern.

Tolles Haus in Top Lage

Super Urlaub! Das Haus ist wunderschön: Hanglage, Meerblick von der Terrasse (beim Frühstück haben wir Delfine gesehen!), eigene Badestelle, absolut ruhig, 2 schöne Strände fußläufig zu erreichen, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und hervorragend gepflegt. Super Ausstattung: bequeme Betten (sogar für meine Partnerin mit Bandscheibenvorfall), gutes Air Conditioning in jedem Raum, in der Küche kann man locker für 10 ein aufwändiges Abendessen kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war stets zeitnah, aufgeschlossen, vertrauensvoll, zuvorkommend und konstruktiv. Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Das Haus und die Lage des Hauses sind wunderschön! Wir waren 9 Erwachsene und die Ausstattung des Hauses war für uns völlig ausreichend. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Es gab nichts, was uns fehlte. Alles war super sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Im Garten gab es sogar zwei Schildkröten. Wir werden wiederkommen! Una delle case più belle in cui sia mai stata. Très satisfait

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour dans cette villa. Nous étions 8 personnes et avons tous eu la même satisfaction à partager de bon moment dans cette superbe villa, les pieds dans l'eau, même s'il y a quelques marche pour arriver à la mer. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons été gratifié par un couple de dauphins qui nous ont offert un super spectacle au petit déjeuner. Autre point appréciable, l'amabilité et la disponibilité de Monica. Encore merci et ne changez rien.

Villa Ciaro di Luna - 2 Familien

Sehr gutes Erlebnis mit der Villa. Sehr geräumig und ausgezeichnet auch für Familien mit Kindern im Schulalter. Zugang zum Meer sehr gut mit felsigem Strand zum Schnorcheln, Fischen und Bouldern zwischen den Granitsteinen. Zum Strand ok zu Fuss aber häufig mit dem Auto. Einkaufen ideal mit dem Fahrrad. Im Herbst sehr gemütlich und wenig Touristen.
