We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa and would happily recommend it to future guests. The views are absolutely stunning, and the outdoor space was one of the real highlights — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.The villa itself is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room both inside and out, making it a very comfortable place to stay.Our host Sel was fantastic — so welcoming, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.We would definitely recommend hiring a car, as it makes getting around and exploring the surrounding area much easier.Thank you for a lovely stay and for making us feel so welcome. We have some very happy memories to take home with us!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa and came away with some really special family memories.The villa itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week. The pool was absolutely fantastic and was definitely one of the highlights for us — the children loved it! The air conditioning was brilliant, especially in the Cyprus heat, and having a washing machine, large fridge freezer and TV with Netflix made it feel like a real home away from home.The villa gave us a lovely base for our week in Cyprus, with plenty of space for us all to relax and enjoy some much-needed family time. We felt comfortable and settled very quickly and genuinely enjoyed coming back to the villa at the end of each day.What really matters to us is the memories we made there. We had an amazing week, and the villa played a big part in making our trip so enjoyable.We would happily recommend it to other families looking for somewhere to stay in Cyprus and would definitely returning in the future.Host was also great with fantastic communication, easy to get a hold of and nothing was too much trouble. We were well accommodated.Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay at this villa we have stayed in a others in the area but this was the best one….the location was perfect with a lovely view of mountains and sea, the facilities were all very good with good instructions for everything would definitely stay again

A lovely location to rest and a lovely home family gathering.

Beautiful Villa with amazing views

I have been coming to North Cyprus for many years now and from all the Villa's i've stayed in, this one was by far the best. The stunning views were like of a postcard. The facilities and hospitality were amazing. Simply perfect

Wonderful

Gorgeous views, very comfortable accommodation, immaculate pool and privacy. Sel was an excellent host. He was very attentive and available for anything which we needed. A wonderful spot for a family vacation and we would definitely return.

Great family break

We had a lovely time. Pool is amazing and the garden is really lovely and mature. The wider area is ok - short drive to the restaurants and beach in Aligadi which is really nice. Thanks very much.

Highly recommended

Sel is extremely attentive and helpful, house is beautiful and has stunning views. Close to a few restaurants and markets that have all you need. Very clean and enough space for 9 of us!

First Family villa holiday

Highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a beautiful villa with a spectacular view in a central location. This was our first villa holiday having previously stayed in hotels and it will not be our last and it was so relaxing. The owner was very helpful, and quick to reply to requests. Would highly recommend.

The views and location are simply stunning. The villa is spacious and comfortable, cool inside, great showers and very well laid out. Beautiful pool area and garden with nice outdoor table and seats, covered and more in veranda where views can enjoyed from both. Perfect for a family would highly recommend. Thank you!

Superb location of Villa, nice quiet area with excellent road access. Spacious, clean and comfortable. All amenities in good working order. Host was very helpful and excellent communications. You could just sit on the veranda or by the pool all day absorbing the beautiful mountain and sea views. Swimming pool was also very clean.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

We stayed here for 12 nights and had the best time! The house large, spacious with full A/C and a great layout The pool, although chilly due to the time of year that we visited was amazing and perfect for afternoon swims The garden got sun throughout the day whether it was for coffee in the morning or laying on the loungers throughout the day The local cats were great company for the children Sel has been super helpful all throughout the process whether it was answering questions about the house, organising transportation from Larnaca and a hire car delivered to our house. His communication was superb We will definitely be back

Wonderful Holiday

This was our eighth stay in Northern Cyprus and we loved the spacious villa, the pool was big enough for six adults, the garden is well maintained and the views to the mountains and sea were lovely. It was good to have restaurants nearby and the bonus of the beach just 5 mins away by car if anyone fancies doing some snorkelling. The host was excellent and very attentive and any questions we had were answered straightaway. The host popped in a couple of times to make sure everything was good. Would highly recommend Villa Caretta. Thanks Sel

Stunning villa

If you are looking to stay in a villa in northern cyprus this is the one. The villa is stunning and spacious, over looking some beautiful views. Everything from the comfy beds to perfect outside furniture, just could not be faulted in any way. Great communcations with the host. Instant replies and arranged all airport transfers and hire car, we didnt have to stress about anything. A car is however essential here as no shops etc within walking distance. If we are lucky enough to return to northern cyprus we will defo be booking this villa again. Thank you sel

Excellent property with wonderful views

The property had everything we needed to have a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable stay. The pool is big enough for kids to play and the less strenuous of the party to float around in. The covered seating & BBQ area is perfect for a shaded time but close enough to the pool to see what was going on at all times. The beds are very comfortable and clean linen was provided at the midpoint of our stay. The owner visited and was very pleasant and helpful, giving us some good tips for things to do and places to visit along with restaurant recommendations. The property is a little out of the way but there is a petrol station selling the basics nearby and the main supermarket is only a 10 minute drive away. We had a wonderful time at the villa and will likely return for our next visit.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location with a helpful host!

Great family home in a stunning location which was the perfect backdrop for a memorable holiday for my sisters, parents, wife, kids and I. Sel greeted us shortly after we arrived to show us around and gave us a lot of useful local information. He was quick to respond and resolve any queries we had. The only slight hiccup was that the floors downstairs werent mopped properly which we discovered after my neice crawled about on them. We informed Sel about this whislt checking out and he assured us this will be rectified in the future. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Holiday

Great experience from the booking process onwards. Superb communication, tips and support from Sel, who was so accommodating. Transfers and hire car were organised for us; everything ran very smoothly. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay: great showers, very well equipped kitchen and air con. The garden is wonderful with a good sized pool and a beautiful sea view from your lounger. Sel has left a handy guide book with recommendations for local restaurants, beaches etc - none of them disappointed. We loved Denizkizi beach, great for swimming/snorkelling and very safe for the children; the sea was lovely and warm. We also used the facilities at the nearby Elexus hotel, which has a water park and private beach at a reasonable price. The local people are so friendly, we ate in restaurants most evenings as the food was great at an even better price. You definitely need a car, but Sel is very helpful in arranging this. Overall an amazing holiday. We would love to come back.
