Beautiful and modern apartment in downtown Málaga

2 bedroom apartment recently renovated and furnished. Fantastic location 10 minutes walk from the City Center and 20 minutes by public transport from the beach. Very well connected with the whole city through bus and taxi stops.

It has a room with a double bed and a room with a single bed. Possibility of extra bed in the room with single bed. The 2 rooms are equipped with large wardrobes and hangers, one of which has a walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and brand new. It has refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, hob, microwave, oven, toaster. In addition to a complete kitchenware: pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cutlery, glasses, cups and other kitchen utensils. It consists of a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower tray. In the bathroom they have towels for all guests, as well as a hair dryer. The living room has a sofa (not a bed), a 40 "LED television and a dining table for 4 people, which can be extended for 6 people. The apartment also has a terrace with chairs and a small table, very pleasant to enjoy on summer nights.

A very homely stay. About 15 min walk to the edge of the old town. Was so quiet and relaxing and a great amount of space with great amenities. A bit old but felt very niceThis was my first time using Vrbo and had a great experience. Extremely grateful to Jonatan for accommodating an early check in and super friendly check in and service from the kind cleaning lady. Would highly recommend as it’s well connected transport wise too. Thankyou for a lovely stay!!

Very friendly welcome. Nice touches like water in the fridge and tea bags etc. Well appointed and quiet. Convenient flat about 20min walk from central station. Short walk to old town etc. Nice sunny small balcony. Easy and responsive host for communication.

Wonderful apartment

Apartment exactly as the listing. It is really clean and extremely well equipped. Ww were able to check in early, which was really helpful. Location ia great. About a 20 min walk to the old town, which was perfect for us.

A long way from town

The property was not set up for a long stay. We ran out of a few essentials like clothes washing power and toilet paper. It was a 25 minute walk into town for decent food and to do tourist things.

Nice apartment - but the broken air conditioning was a BIG problem. Made it very difficult to sleep both evenings. If I would have known there was no working air conditioning we would not have booked here. Looking at old reviews it seems this has been the case for many years, which is disappointing.Beware if you struggle to sleep in the heat!

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war super. Es war sauber und alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten ca 15 min bis zur Altstadt gebraucht. Um die Ecke sind zwei Supermärkte wo man alles nötige bekommt. Ich würde sie immer wieder nehmen.

bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Trop loin du centre pour nous qui sommes des personnes plus toutes jeunes . Transports un peu compliqués , il ne faut pas hésité à prendre les taxis qui sont très abordables en prix .Malaga est une Trés belle ville , Séville une merveille et l'Alambra époustouflant .

Malaga mit Einheimischen

Die Wohnung ist in einem 8stöckigen Haus mitten in einem Wohnquartier gelegen. Sie ist sehr gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt und wenn man mitbekommen will, wie Einheimische hier ihren Alltag leben. Allzu empfindlich gegenüber Geräuschen, Gesprächen und Gerüchen sollte frau nicht sein, alle wohnen nahe aneinander. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Busse in die nahe Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ideal. Schöner kleiner Balkon zum draussen sitzen.

Agradable y Comoda estancia cercana al centro de Malaga

Pasamos dos diás estupendos en este pisito cercano al centro de Málaga. La casa estaba muy bien equipada y limpia. En 15 minutos andando se llega al centro dando un agradable paseo. Tiendas, bares, etc quedan al alcance de la mano. Volveríamos a repetir!

Appartement spatieux, d'une propreté irréprochable et bien équipé, avec une petite terrasse sympa, à 20 min à pied du centre historique. Un ascenseur et des volets. Il est possible de se garer dans l'avenue à côté en utilisant l'application ElParking. Assurez-vous de vérifier le numéro de téléphone en envoyant un message au propriétaire, car sur Abritel, ce n'est pas le bon.

Comme à la maison en vivant comme les Malaguënos

Nous terminons notre 2e séjours de 2 mois à cette adresse. Nous sommes tombés en amour avec Málaga. Nous y reviendrons l’hiver prochain. Une expérience d’immersion culturelle. La trinidad est un quartier normal, fort différent des stations balnéaires glammor de la Costa del sol , trop souvent des ghettos pour touristes fortunés .éloignés de la vie espagnol. À distance de marche du centre, bien fourni par de nombreuses lignes de bus, Cercanias et métro. Et riche en commerces de proximité. Mercadona, Dia, Eroski, etc. Une vie de quartier riche et animée. Situé tout près de l’Hospital civil et du Qualdamedina. Le fleuve sec..Ma connaissance de l’espagnol a beaucoup facilité nos rapports avec Rosa, la mère de notre proprio Jonatan . Une véritable fée du logis. Une dame charmante qui a nous avait bien orientés en nous brossant le portrait du quartier et de Malags . Rosa, toujours rejoignable sur Whatsapps, a toujours répondu très rapidement á nos requêtes. Je recommande fortement un séjour á Málaga, le pivot d’où vous pourrez rayonner vers toute l’Andalousie par les transports publics.

Un appartement agréable dansvun quartier très ordinaire

Appartement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Malheureusement, les fenêtres à vitrage simple n'isolent pas du bruit qui est parfois intense (motos, bar en bas). Tout fonctionne très bien dans cet appartement. Aucun produit ne manque , sauf pour la lessive. Pas très loin du centre.

Immersion totale à Malaga à recommencer

Pendant 2 mois nous avons vécu comme des malaguënos dans un quartier agréable, central, bien pourvu en commerce de proximité et non touristique. Jonatan et Rosa ont répondu avec sollicitude à nos requêtes. Nous ont fourni toutes les infos pertinentes à la vie du quartier et de Malaga. Nous avons profité au maximum de l’atmosphère de l’ambiance et de culture espagnole et particulière pendant ls Semana Santa. Optimale Lage für den Málaga Besuch

Es fehlte leider nur eine funktionierende Heizung für diese Zeit. Wohnung ist soweit ok, kühlte aber die letzten Tage erheblich aus auf nur noch 15 Grad.
