Pedrejalego is a great area to stay while you are in Malaga!
Authentic, peacefull and safe neigbourhood, 3 min from the beach with its bars and spanish and international restaurants. Only 10min by bus to the historic center. Best of both!

The villa contains in total 2 apartments.
Situated close to the beach on the foot of the mountain, so flat terrain, which makes is suitable for cycling and walking.
this is the largest of aprox 65m2 and a private garden at the back of 45 m2
there is 1 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom , separate kitchen, and a large livingroom of 32 m2.
To acces, by the main entrance, going down the stairs to the bottom floor. thats is where the private entrance is located.

A great find

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment it was very spacious ,clean and comfortable . A great shower always had hot water and very powerful . The location could not be better within a few minutes walk to the beach and only a minute to the bus stop for easy access to Malaga centre . Martin was always very quick to reply to any communications during the booking process and we had received our security deposit back on the day we left - very reassuring - cheers Martin

Excellent home from home

This property is in a quiet Spanish neighbourhood with spacious and very well equipped rooms. It has everything you need and more, especially in the kitchen where you have a range of cooking utensils and crockery if you wish to eat in. We loved the layout of the rooms and had the added bonus of our own garden with BBQ, seating and cushions. Location is ideal as just around the corner from bus stops which are very frequent to take you into Malaga City, which would be a good 30-40 minute walk. Marten who owns the property speaks very good English and communicated well prior to our visit and during. We spent two weeks in this property and felt very comfortable indeed. We shall be returning!

Very comfortable

We stayed here for the month of December and were very comfortable. The living room is large with comfortable furniture and good tv. The bedroom has a new king sized bed and lots of cupboard space. Linens are good. The kitchen and bathroom are very small. It’s quiet for sleeping and the outdoor area is great for a lay in the sun. The host, Martin, is wonderful and always readily available. We didn’t care for the area and it wasn’t beach weather so we took a bus and went to Malaga centre or another area most days. The buses are nearby and running constantly.

groot appartement met mooie tuin. Met op de hoek van de straat een leuk koffietentje en op loopafstand grote supermarkt. Met de bus, handig om rittenkaart te kopen bij tabakswinkel naast koffietentje, zo in El Palo waar leuke winkels en restaurants zijn of in Malaga. Bus 3, 11 of 8.En heerlijk langs boulevard wandelen..Martin is goede gastheer en reageert snel.

On the fence

This is the weirdest review I've written. Really not sure where I stand. Great location for the bus stop into malaga. Very quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach and pedregalejo is great. The apartment was mixed. Pokey kitchen and bathroom, but the shower was great ... and I'm fussy. Outside space looked good, like the photos, but most seating was impracticable I.e. not comfortable. Good little touches though with soaps, cleaning stuff, toilet rolls and tissues. Martin was always friendly and quick to respond to messages, not that there were any problems of note.so overall 3 stars seems mean when many aspects were a solid 5, I just never felt comfortable in seating or bed. I'm sure others would be fine here and it has plenty of pluses as mentioned. I would return.

Out of the hustle and bustle

We loved the location, just 2 blocks to the beach and 4 buses that we could take to get downtown. Enjoyed our stay in the Malaga area, just a quick drive to Gibraltar for a day trip and also to Granada to see the Alhambra. This place worked very well for us

Appartement en rez de jardin très agréable belle décoration, vaste séjour belle chambre avec très grand lit double ,cuisine aménagée fonctionnelle ( un lave-vaisselle serait le bien venu 😏)Le jardin terrasse est très agréable même s'il nécessiterait un meilleur entretien!!! La localisation est parfaite dans une zone pavillonnaire au calme mais proche de toutes commodités :supermarché pharmacie bars restaurants plage et bus pour visiter Malaga... Le stationnement est un peu difficile à proximité mais on y arrive avec un peu de patience ... Un seul regret nous n'avons pas rencontré Martin mais il est resté en contact régulièrement avec nous par Sms donc tout était parfait 🤣MERCI

Great location in the sun

This home is well located in the popular beach area of Pedregalejo. The home is comfortable and clean and it's easy to walk to the beach, the supermarket, the Spanish language schools etc. The buses going by every 10 minutes take you right downtown and are very convenient. Martin is a great host, lives around the corner and is available to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was equipped well with all you would need for a self catering holiday. The location was great, with only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The supermarket and bus stop to the centre of Malaga were just around the corner. Communication with Martin was very good and he responded to any queries quickly.

Verblijf in Pedregalejo was fantastisch. Het huis is ruim en schoon en de hulp van Martin (de verhuurder) erg flexibel en goed. De wijk is erg rustig, dichtbij het strand. Heerlijke restaurants. Niks te klagen!

Viví tres semanas en este apartamento bonito porque aprendí el español a un instituto en Cerrado de Calderón. Pude subir la escalera y la calle y caminé menos de quince minutos para llegar a la escuela. Todo, que necesité, estuvo en el apartamento: una cocina con un gran refrigerador, una ducha limpia, un salón confortable con una televisión y con una mesa grande para comer o para hacer deberes. Lo mejor es el jardín lindo. Lo disfruté cada día. Ahí también, hice deberes, comí, reposé o hablé con amigos o con los vecinos del apartamento arriba. Pedregalejo no es un barrio con muchas discotecas y muchos clubes. Pero todo, que necesité, hay cerca de la casa: la playa con muchos chiringuitos y bares, el supermercado y la parada del autobús con tres lineas al centro de la ciudad. Y Martin es un alquilador muy solícito; cuando necesité, fue ahí. Volveré a este lugar maravilloso otra vez. I lived three weeks in this beautiful apartment, because I learned Spanish in an institute in Cerrado de Calderón. I only had to walk up the hill and after less than fifteen minutes I arrived at school. There was everything I needed in the apartment: a kitchen with a big fridge, a clean shower, a comfortable living room with a television and a table, which I used for eating or for making homework. The best thing, I enjoyed every day, is the pretty garden. There, as well, I made homework, I ate, I took a break or I talked with friends or my neighbors from upstairs. In Pedregalejo you will not find a lot of discotheques and clubs, but everything you need is close to the house: the beach with a lot of chiringuitos and bars, the supermarket and the bus stop with three lines to the center of the town. And Martin is a very helpful hirer. Every time I needed him, he was there. I will come back to this marvelous place again.
