nice, smooth and easy

we enjoyed our three weeks stay from the check in till the (generously granted) late ckeckout. especially enjoyed not only the rooftop (daytime) but as much the large downstaires (evenining) terrace and the location close to beach and village center. since we stayed at the end of the season, we are sure that the provided bycicles will get the needed service till next year. tks for a great stay!

Absolut tolles Apartment

Sehr schön, sehr sauber,sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Absolut tolle Dachtetasee. Balkon direkt von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer, was will man mehr? Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Apartment. Vielen Dank für das tolle Feriendomizil.

Appartamento curato ed accogliente

Appartamento di nuova costruzione, finemente arredato. Posizione centrale, comodo per muoversi a piedi, posto auto nelle vicinanze, esercizi commerciali lungo la via e dal terrazzo si può ammirare il mare in lontananza. Sicuramente consigliato per una vacanza tutto relax.

Fantastico Appartamento

We stayed in apartment Venere July 2016 and had a fantastic time. The apartment is lovely and in a great location, it’s about 10 mins walk from the beach and to the majority of the restaurants which is close enough to be convenient but far enough away not to be disturbed. There is a supermarket and a fish market just down the road. The apartment itself was well furnished, clean and well maintained. It has all the things mentioned in the property description that you need for your stay in addition a beach umbrella, washing machine, safe and clothes iron. The apartment benefitted from air conditioning in the main living space and bedroom which was needed as it was very hot when we were there. Most evenings were spent on the balcony enjoying a refreshing drink before heading out for an evening meal. The roof terrace was amazing and we used it on a couple of days when we didn’t make it to the beach. Also it was nice on returning from our evening meal to sit out with a drink under the stars or some impromptu dancing. If you have a hire car a parking permit is provided for on street parking. When we arrived at the apartment the owner Valeria and her family met us and showed us round, one of them even helped us to park the car. When in San Vito we would recommend eating at Gna Sara or Pepper Jam, diving with Under hundred or going on the Hippocampus boat trip. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if we return to San Vito and highly recommend it.

Sehr schöne, empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung Alba und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die beiden Vermieterinnen kümmern sich perfekt um ihre Gäste. Bezüglich Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist neu und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ganz großes Plus: Zwei Fahrräder mit jeweils einem Kindersitz - perfekt um an den Strand zu fahren und die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Im Nachbarhaus gibt es einen sehr guten Bäcker und in 50 m Entfernung einen Kinderspielplatz. Das Zentrum des Ortes, Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz findet man meist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut in der Wohnung und in San Vito gefallen und wir wären gern noch länger geblieben. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Ottima soluzione per le famiglie

Abbiamo soggiornato con due bimbi di 5 ed 1 anno ed è stata certamente la soluzione migliore per la nostra vacanza. Appartamento molto bello, curato in ogni particolare, perfettamente pulito ed assortito di biancheria da bagno e da letto. La proprietaria, sig.ra Valeria, persona disponibile oltre il normale, (di sua iniziativa e senza costi aggiuntivi) ha fornito persino un lettino per la neonata, nonostante i 4 posti fossero già garantiti dal letto matrimoniale e dal divano letto, Oltre a biciclette con seggiolini e seggiolone per la pappa. L' alloggio ci era stato consigliato da un amico, ma onestamente ha superato qualsiasi aspettativa. In 5 minuti di camminata si raggiunge la spiaggia ed il centro. Insomma, assolutamente consigliato anche da noi!

Alcuni Accorgimenti....

Soggiorno dal 11 al 25 luglio 2015 con una bambina di 5 anni : a livello estetico non ha nulla da invidiare a nessuno in quanto i mobili e rifiniture non sono di basso livello economico. I colori dell’appartamento sono infatti riflesso degli splendidi colori di San Vito lo Capo, pulizia ottima …per quanto riguarda la biancheria fornita per due settimane un solo cambio a testa sia di asciugamani che di lenzuola sono veramente pochi, visto che siamo al mare e tra sabbia e bambini si sporca subito. E ‘anche vero che le cose si asciugano subito…ma chi si vuole stressare la vacanza a caricare di continuo la lavatrice per calcolare il tempo giusto affinchè si asciughi??? La Sg.ra Valeria si è comunque resa disponibile a fornirmi un secondo cambio . Il Wi-fi ha funzionato solo gli ultimi 3 giorni, quindi bisognerebbe specificarlo che non è illimitato e che di conseguenza se l’inquilino di prima finisce i GB e’ scontato che quello successivo non avra’ il WI-Fi. Un consiglio sulla bella scala di maioliche che porta su in terrazza metterei delle strisce trasparenti antiscivolo soprattutto con la presenza di bambini , nessuno ama rovinarsi la vacanza con qualcosa di rotto!!! Inoltre avevamo una bellissima scopa con un bel buco in mezzo che non riusciva a tirare su nulla… se la bellezza dell’appartamento fosse in sincronia con alcune funzionalità quotidiane sarebbe stato perfetto. Le bici erano sgonfie le avrei fatte trovare almeno gonfie visto che il primo giorno tra spesa e valigie chi ha voglia di andare a gonfiare delle biciclette al costo anche di €5? Un altro consiglio appena si arriva da un viaggio ore 13.00 con una bimba di 5 anni che chiede di mangiare ci vorrebbe piu’ tatto nel chiedere subito nell’immediato il pagamento a saldo dell’appartamento , anche perché nessuno ama portarsi in aeroporto troppi soldi contanti . In ultimis specificare che l’appartamento va lasciato alle ore 10.00 , in quanto avendo avuto l’aereo alle 19.00 mi sarei organizzata per tempo per prendere un volo prima. Per il resto ottima vacanza.

Molto di più delle aspettative.

Prenoti su internet, fidandoti delle foto, dei commenti...ma quando arrivi e si sta aprendo la porta dell'appartamento si ha sempre un attimo in cui si spera di non aver preso una cantonata! Quanto si è aperta la porta dell'appartamento Afrodite ci si sono illuminati gli occhi e un bel sorriso ci si è stampato in viso!! Le foto sul sito sono già carine, ma non rendono giustizia! Nuova, pulita, arredata con molto gusto e non certo al risparmio (nessun mobile riciclato!!). Insomma Appartamento ottimo, posizione ottima. A soli 2 minuti dal supermercato, 3 dall'area pedonale, 5 dalla spiaggia, panetteria ottima nello stesso edificio. Che dire poi delle biciclette con seggiolino per bimbi comprese! Valeria e la madre sono persone squisite e disponibili. San Vito Lo Capo è bellissimo, se dovessimo tornare non prenoterò su internet...chiamo direttamente Valeria!

Vacanza Stupenda

Dal primo attimo, appena aperta la porta dell'appartamento Venere, ci siamo innamorati di ogni piccolo particolare, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, i colori, il panorama dal terrazzo, che dire, era come essere a casa. La fornitura e' completa, come mai ci era capitato, a noi piace cucinare ed ho dato il meglio di me. La posizione ottima a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Nelle giornate in cui in spiaggia c'era molta folla, abbiamo assaporato il privilegio di poterlo prende sdraiati sul meraviglioso terrazzo. La sig,ra Valeria e' una persona deliziosa, molto gentile e disponibile, la ringraziamo per averci fatto sentire come a casa....:-) Rachele e Flavio

Appartamento Alba

Non posso che condividere pienamente le recensioni relative a questo bellissimo appartamento ove ho soggiornato con mio marito e le mie due figlie (5 e 1 anno) alla fine di maggio. La descrizione e le fotografie contenute nell'inserzione corrispondono esattamente alla realtà. L'immobile è luminoso, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e ben attrezzato. Gli spazi interni sono più che sufficienti per una casa-vacanza, tenuto conto che l'appartamento dispone di un'ampia terrazza vivibile esterna e di un solarium al piano superiore. Altro elemento che depone a favore dell'appartamento è la sua ubicazione: vicino al centro e ai negozi, ma lontano dai locali e quindi in una zona tranquilla (importante per chi viaggia con bimbi piccoli) e vicino alla spiaggia (circa 250 m) che si trova in fondo alla via. Inoltre adiacente all'appartamento vi è una panetteria, quindi, al mattino ci si risveglia con un gradevolissimo profumo di pane appena sfornato, che peraltro è ottino, così come i dolci prodotti (consiglio le sfoglie con la crema al limone e le genovesi alla crema pasticcera). Insomma il mio giudizio sulla casa e sui proprietari è assolutamente positivo. La signora Valeria è stata veramente gentile e molto disponibile sia prima che durante il nostro soggiorno. Per quanto concerne San Vito lo consiglio vivamente come meta di viaggio. Il paese è molto carino, la spiaggia è curata ed il mare un incanto. Da visitare assolutamente nelle vicinanze: la riserva dello Zingaro (la prima caletta è accessibile anche con bimbi piccoli) ed il paese di Erice (atmosfere d'altri tempi). Un po' delusa dalla tonnara di Scopello, il cui complesso non è visitabile essendo stato trasformato in un residence con appartamenti. In pratica si può solo prendere il sole nello spiazzo (cementato) antistante e fare il bagno vicino ai faraglioni. Comunque in conclusione è stata una bellissima vacanza e il posto incantevole. Sicuramente torneremo. Giusy

Appartemento a San vito lo Capo

Questo Apparemento è veramente bello. La posizione è ottima. In una traversa di San Vito a circa 500 metri dalla spiaggia di sabbia. La cucina è nuova e tutto ben arredato funziona molto bene. Dispone di un ampio balcone con tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone vicino ad una zona salotto con divano e poltrona. Qui si può godere di un pasto a Mitag o la sera. La casa dispone anche di una bellissima terrazza sul tetto. Qui è possibile rilassarsi la sera godere di una magnifica vista di San Vito Monte Monaco e al mare. I padroni di casa Valeria e Giovanni sono molto simpatico gentile e disponibile. Accordi con loro il lavoro perfettamente. Molto grazie da Simon e Anja !!

Vacanza perfetta per una famiglia di 3 pp (+1/2)

Soggiorno veramente perfetto per una famiglia con una bimba di 3 anni (e una in arrivo...); la casa è come appare dalle foto: nuovissima, molto pulita, arredata con gusto in stile mediterraneo e dotata di ogni comodità. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato gli spazi esterni il terrazzo coperto a livello e il solarium al piano superiore, veramente una chicca! Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane e abbiamo preso l'automobile solo 2 volte (per visitare Erice e Trapani)!! La spiaggia è vicina e molto bella, per questo risulta molto frequentata (abbiamo noleggiato 2 lettini e 1 ombrellone per tutta la vacanza ma, dato che la spiaggia è quasi tutta libera, ogni mattina dovevamo arrivare prestissimo per garantirci un posto vicino alla riva! un po' faticoso!). San Vito lo Capo è una località molto carina, adatta a famiglie con bambini (è tutto in piano!!), con una grande isola pedonale e moltissimi posti dove assaggiare le prelibatezze di quest'isola. A Luglio è piena di gente... ma chi non andrebbe in un posto bello e vivibile? La proprietaria, Valeria, è gentilissima e molto disponibile... sarà un piacere per tutti soggiornare in questa casa!

Appartamento incantevole

Bellissimo appartamento con tutto il necessario. La posizione è a soli 10 minuti a piedi della spiaggia. Molto pulito. Il punto di forza sono le due meravigliose terrazze, quella la di sopra é enorme. Valeria e Giovanni sono gentilissimi e vi faranno sentire a casa. Speriamo tornare molto presto.
