Lovely area

We have a holiday home on the cumbre but had friends coming over and we wanted to stay together so the villa was ideal and in a beautiful position .

Really nice. Vim, the host and his farther Arthur were great hosts. Easy to communicate with. The property itself is very nice. Outside kitchen and 1 bathroom were really nice and modern. The furniture, however is very dated and took us back to the end of the 70:th. Beds were very hard and gave us backaches. Locationwise Cumbre del Sol is a bit off. If you go here, it should mainly be to stay at the location. There is not much to do around and you need a car to get to amenities . It is about 20 min to get to Moraira. The roads are very curvy and steep. We found ourselves going up and down the hills 4 times each day and it gets tiring spending so much time in the car. Also, we were told that there would not be many mosquitoes in Cumbre del Sol. We had so much mosquitoes during the 11 days we were there. A lot of tiger mosquitoes

Lovely Villa in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay! I’m already missing the fabulous views! The air con was much needed as it was really warm. The Villa had all the things we needed and the kids - especially my daughter 6 - loved the pool. Having the little supermarket so close was sooo handy - I recommend the cheese and ham croissants. Only negative is we found out on check out that there were things for the pool/beach in the garage that we could have no doubt used and not purchased - but hopefully our purchased items are a welcome addition to these :) We will definitely consider coming back in the future - thank you!

Wir waren Ende April dort und die Tageshöchsttemeraturen waren um 20 Grad, nachts darunter. Es war dann schon recht frisch im Haus. Das Bett fühlte sich sehr klamm an und wir waren froh, als wir nicht mehr darin schlafen mussten. Aufgrund der Temperaturen war nur ich gerade einmal im Pool (ja, war Pech). Man hinterlegt eine Kaution 300 , wovon 135 für die Endreinigung sind (da sind keine Handtücher und keine Bettwäsche dabei). Schlussendlich wurden uns zwei Personen nach 11 Tagen 70 für Strom abgerechnet. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, wie der Verbrauch berechnet wird und es hatte den Eindruck der reinen Schätzung. Niemals haben wir soviel Strom verbraucht. Bei uns lief keine Klimaanlage! Auf Fragen wurde eingeräumt, dass der Strom für den Pool davon auch abgezogen wird. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Haus an sich ist in sehr gutem Zustand, die Ausstattung auch. Die Abrechnung am Schluss trübt aber den Gesamteindruck.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa in absolut toller Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer. Wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag und einfach entspannen möchte, ist sie perfekt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe, und wenn man in eine lebhaftere Stadt möchte, muss man ein Stück fahren – aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Sommerurlaub Juni 2025

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war einmalig. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus war wunderschön, das Schwimmbad immer sauber und die Temperatur des Wassers perfekt. Wurden am Anreisetag von Marcel empfangen der uns sofort alles zeigte und erklärte. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Athur funktionierte einwandfrei und auch Herr Wim war super freundlich. Die Zone des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und die Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Alles in allem ein Suuuuuper Haus und sollten wir wieder an die Costa Blanca fahren werden wir definitiv wieder dieses wunderbare Haus mieten. Stunning views and perfect house

La maison possède une vue incroyable à 180 ° sur la mer. La terrasse couverte est parfaitement orientée pour pouvoir l'utiliser à chaque repas. La piscine est propre et grande pour permettre de se rafraichir, nager et s'amuser. Séjour parfait, merci

Wunderschön!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Waren Anfang Juni da, alles hat wunderbar geklappt mit der Schlüssel Übergabe und der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Schöner großer Pool mit Sonnenschirmen! Waren super zufrieden! Vielen Dank!

Bonne expérience , quartier résidentiel calme et bien situé . Belle piscine . Climatisation que dans le salon comme indiqué … Attention au forfait électrique, la facture peut être très haute !!!!

Idéal pour des vacances au calme en famille

La villa est idéalement située et au calme avec sur mer. L'équipement intérieur et extérieur est complet. L'entretien de la piscine régulier (2x par semaine)
