Majestic Sun 707A-1/1.5 bath condo with gulf views

ATTENTION ALL SNOWBIRDS! Spend your winter in Paradise! This unit currently has snowbird availability from Dec. 1, 2024-March 14, 2025. The snowbird rate is $2337.44 for the first 31 days and each additional night is $64.02 (these rates include all taxes but does not include any 3rd party booking fees) Please inquiry for more information.

The spacious, one bedroom, one and half baths have a washer and dryer and is loaded with all of the amenities you will need for a memorable vacation on the Emerald Coast.
The unit has a King in the Master and hall bunks that the kids would love. This unit is a guest favorite and features beautiful views straight ahead as well as coast line views as well!
Majestic Sun is situated between Destin and Sandestin and the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall!!
Relax in knowing that you will enjoy a clean, well kept condo through us!
All Majestic Sun units featured a private balcony overlooking the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico!
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen w/ all modern appliances and all the general items you'll need to cook in your home away from home!
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 5 night minimum during Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break.
Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.
Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

Nice, updated condo that was clean and in a perfect location. Easy access to the beach. I would recommend updating the condo photos as the place is totally updated and with all new / different furnishings

Majestic Sun 707A

Have been staying at majestic for 23 years and we love it. I will say that this condo has had a major update and is much nicer than pictured! The only down fall is that majestic sun is such a big place with so many condos that the pool quickly became over crowded, water was hot, and smelled of urine because of the amount of people.

Great place

Our stay was great! The property was very clean and had we an awesome view of the ocean. I used the gym daily and the family used the pool and hot tub nightly. Very short walk to the beach. My son fished on Stewart lake. Checking in and out was very easy and I communicated with property manager via text with very quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Very updated condo and excellent location. Be aware that the freezer has no ice maker so buy a bag of ice or get ready to fill ice trays. Condo no longer has a bathtub or a recliner, which was an undisclosed change from when we booked the condo. Michele was excellent with communication, and we would stay here again!

I have stayed in units in this complex that were better supplied with utensils, appliances. Unit is long overdue for some renovation and furniture upgrade. I know theses will can get beat up but the owners need to upgrade here

A little disappointed.

The property location and communication with property manager were great. The dishwasher was not working and supposed to be replaced while we were there but they brought the wrong size dishwasher. Then when we went to wash our towels and some clothes we discovered the dryer did not work. Dryer had still not been fixed when we checked out. We were not informed of either issue in advance. The location is great and condo was nice we just had some inconveniences that we could have been informed about ahead of time.

Definitely need to update appliances and some of furniture. Broken appliances and kitchen chairs need to be replaced. But really other then that it was a good unit for my stay

Easy and awesome place to stay. Left everything inside condo and it is coded. Texted and emailed all information prior to arriving. Had temporary pass ready at security booth to park. Covered parking garage with plenty of parking. Awesome pool indoors and out. Great view and balcony of beach. Right across the street. Would bring extra towels.

Majestic Sun 707a

Cozy comfortable stay. Unit was clean. Great Ocean View. Close to elevators. Mattress was very comfortable, great sleeping. TV's in living room and bedroom were small. Center latch on dishwasher was broken and had sharp edges. Kitchen chairs need to be recovered as the vinyl coverings were torn. Check in and out were very easy...info sent by email and texts. All in all...we would stay in the unit again. We had a relaxing stay...thank you
